Thank you! I cannot say enough about the great service I received. My garage door had an issue and was stuck about 2/3 open. I could not get my car out and didn't want to leave the door open all night for potential thief's. 4-T was out the same day I called, and the bill was very reasonable. The technician was very professional and friendly, he explained the issue to me in detail and the work he did to fix it. I would definitely use this company again if needed.

Our garage door spring broke late Friday after 4T was closed. My husband called them since their website states they have 24/7 emergency service. There was no answer so he left a message to call us ASAP. We waited all weekend with no response so he called again as soon as they opened Monday morning. He was told they couldn't send anyone out until TUESDAY. This is unacceptable for a company advertising 24/7 emergency service. We called someone else and it will be fixed same day.

Would not recommend, have had better service. Asked twice(2 different employees)about the brick mold I installed on my old door just a couple months before I got the new door, I'd like to have returned to me but can't get a answer from them. The one (new) panel had the plastic trim busted and broken off. They were quick to change my remaining balance on my card they had on file but can't return my material I asked to have back. Will go elsewhere next time!

Zero star on this one. 4T Installed a very expensive gate entry system but did not stand by their work and when it malfunctioned, they claimed a disgruntled employee quit and took the master code quit and took it with him. Even Liftmaster could not decipher. We had to replace the system for thousands of dollars. Thumbs down.

Great Service, upfront about cost. Ontime arrival time for appointment and did a great job on my door!

Just tried to get a replacement door opener. Poor lady at the front took my card an rang it up before I was even sure what I had in my hand was what I needed. A couple installers entered the showroom and joked about it. They printed instructions and talked to me the whole time I was trying to read it. What they said didn't match what was on the paper. I returned the item right there. They were trying to get the owner from the back but I had seen enough. If only someone would have taken me seriously.

Fantastic experience! I scheduled an appointment yesterday, they quoted me a time (9:30-11:30) of arrival and said the technician would call when he was on his way. Craig called me at 9:40 to say he was on his way. Not o my did he replace my garage door spring but he also lubricated everything that needed to be AND explained what had happened to the spring, what he was going to do to fix it, and explained everything when he was done. He was in and out in less than an hour. I will definitely recommend 4T Door!

I called this company at 3Pm on Tuesday and by 4:15 they replaced the springs on my garage door. The lady who answered the phone was so good about getting someone to repair my door. The installer was also very good. I know he was a bit nervous because I had two classic cars that were in his work space but no problems. This is the second time I have used 4T. Highly recommend them!
