A-1 On Track Sliding Door

Fast and good repair. Clear pricing. Good communication. A little pricy for me, but I think it is worth the money. 2 young workers arrived at my home on time. They cleaned the track replaced the rollers, and added a stainless steel reel on top of the original damaged aluminum one. Also applied silicone lubricant on the top and bottom tracks. Finally, the door can be moved by 1 finger. There is also a 1 year warranty for the repair. I am very happy with the results.

Excellent Response time! Excellent Customer Service! Excellent communication explaining what they were doing and why. Works lie a charm now! Came to our home within 30 minutes of our call and fixed the issue by replacing the Sliding Door Track and the insert rollers and the door works like a charm! Ten times better than it was before! And our pet door is in place and no more middle of the night wakeups to be let out by the cat and/or dog.

Great great experience! Very reliable, friendly, communicative, timely service. They did a great job. Gus and John were easy to work with and they also cleaned up after finishing the job. They also offered great advice on how to keep up with maintaining the door.

Couldn't be happier with Mike and his team. My cats like to go outside so we decided to give them their own door. We used Handy.com first to find someone to install a car door that we bought ourselves. The person not only cut a hole in the wrong place to start with, but also left the cat door tilted and the edge of the hole completely unsealed. Out of desperation we went online to google for other resources, we found this company and left a message. Mike called back within an hour.

After hearing about our leaking door, he sent a technician out for inspection the same afternoon. And one week later, today, the same technician came out and installed with high-level of skills a much better cat door for us. I was already very happy. But wait, there were more pleasant surprises. Mike inspected the picture the technician took and decided that the finish didn't meet their standards.

He sent two managers out immediately back to my place. I couldn't really tell what they did, but half an hour later, when they were done, the door did look better somehow. Again, couldn't be happier. Thank your guys so very much for such a superb job! Highly recommended!

I'm very happy I found A-1 after breaking the glass in my sliding glass door. They were able to come out day of and take measurements and order my new glass. As soon as the glass was in, their crew came out and installed it quickly. They also showed me the proper maintenance for the sliders and weather stripping.

Gus and team did an excellent job fixing the sliding doors and cabinet doors. They were quite professional, took care of the site, cleaned up after them. They were also quite knowledgable about Eichlers and explained all the issues before making any change. I will recommend them for fixing sliding doors and cabinet doors.

I'm very satisfied with my experience with A1 On Track. I first spoke with Mike over the phone, and he was very friendly and professional. He was able to send John and Gus out within hours. John and Gus called to inform me they would arrive one hour ahead of the scheduled appointment time. When they arrived, they were polite, respectful, and were following all COVID-19 protocols.

They then replaced the track and rollers in my sliding door within 45 minutes, all while explaining everything to me in clear detail. A glass pane on my wooden sliding door was shattered by a rock from a mower. I selected A-1 On Track Sliding Door Repair based on their online reviews.
