I was very impressed with how good these guys were at doing our windows. I was a little nervous at first because I hadn't heard from anyone and a couple months passed. I would have rated them fantastic but since I had to call to find out when we were getting our windows installed that knocked it down one for me. We also used this company for another smaller job before getting the windows and were very happy.
We had some issues with a leak and the guys came back out to troubleshoot multiple times to get it fixed for us. I was really impressed as I had already paid! They just didn't take my money and run. Also, both jobs were done with very little mess. You wouldn't even have known we had new windows installed! Have used another contractor for doors and they were very messy (getting caulk on the windows, porch and siding. They even scratched the hardwood floors.) We will be using K & A1 again in the future!
