A 5 Star Service

It's been a few months since Vinny and his team finished with residing, painting, and replacing the gutters on our home. Their work was outstanding across the board. We had worked out some fairly challenging extra repairs on top of it all, and they provided the most comprehensive and appropriate solutions for our home. This is not easy, but they made it seem so. Communication during downtime as we waited for supplies to arrive was amazing. I can't adequately communicate how pleased we were with the results.

Five Star Services, Inc was fantastic. Vinny was very responsive with all our inquiries, and gave us a very fair price for brand new gutters, and gutter guards. The crew was awesome. They replaced all rotten wood. Plus, the gutters and down spouts went up without a hitch. Everything went smooth, and we're very happy with our brand new gutters, and the service we received. We highly recommend!

5 Star did a great job with our complete siding replacement and window replacement. They were also the best price when comparing with a few other local companies. Would highly recommend and would use again!

Vinny from 5 Star Service replaced my old siding with James Hardie Plank ColorPlus siding (including the soffits, corner boards and fascia). They definitely picked the right business name as 5 stars is all I can leave them for a review. Vinny came out to investigate a leak that our plumber said was coming from our siding. He very quickly determined that the leak was definitely not coming from our siding and explained, in detail, why he came to that conclusion. He walked me through quite a bit and I learned a lot in the process.

We called the plumbers back and they did eventually find the leak and verified that Vinny was correct. Even though detecting leaks isn't 5 Star Services specialty, Vinny still came out and was very professional about it. If it wasn't for him, it may have taken significantly longer to find the issue and resolve it before it became an even bigger one.

I would recommend him for the services that they actually specialize in, especially seeing how thorough they are when it comes to something they don't specialize in. Bravo to this company and a big thank you for saving me a significant amount of time let alone further water damage from our leak.

I hired 5 Star Service for whole house Siding installation, repair of rotting soffits and eaves, new gutters, painting, and staining the deck. It took us 4-5 months to choose a good contractor and installer, checking for pricing, workmanship, reviews, and on-site interviews to meet the professional. I am extremely happy with the job quality and value.

It was completed on schedule. Communication was excellent throughout the project. The tenants in this rental home said the workman were careful never to block the driveway and they kept the area clean and neat each day. The advice I received from Vinny based on his years of expertise in this business gave us great confidence in our choices of the siding type and paint. Next time, I know who to call right away.

They even worked on a Saturday to make sure the job was completed timely. 5 Star Services has an outstanding customer service with a high standard of integrity at a very fair price. 5 Star previously replaced the siding on my Cary home with Hardieplank with the same amazing service.
