Had a great experience with Mike and his team for window repairs/replacement and some interior cleaning. Both the replacement and existing/cleaned windows look terrific throughout the whole house. A & D Window Cleaning & Repair did everything I asked for. I have 2 sons that play baseball and they broke one of our windows with a baseball. I called these guys and they were out that same day to fix it. Also, they cleaned my windows while they were out here. Bar none one of the best companies out there. We had A & D fix 7 fogged windows in our home, they were always on time and professional. Mario and Jessie did the work quickly and always wore their masks appropriately! The repair came with a 10 year warranty and we are 3 years into the first repair and they look as good they did the day they were installed. Service: Interior & exterior window cleaning

A&D was hired to replace all of the windows on our building. After weeks of false promises and failed communications, they did a horrible job. They cut any corner they could. They did not seal the windows properly and just use caulk where ever they could and didn't even install that right. They didn't measure correctly and ordered incorrectly sized windows and then cut corners to make the windows they ordered fit.
They claimed that the infrasturer (frames, etc) were not made any longer and he had to improvise. Now a year later the caulk & seals are failing and we have compromised and leaking window which has led to damage sheet rock around window ledges, the mold inspection is next. And it's "not their problem". That falls under labor and is not included in the warranty. And other contractors are able to find the frames, etc that A&D claimed weren't manufactured any longer. I would not rehire.

I have used A & D for over 15 years on my rental properties and my residence and have always been impressed. Recently I used them to replace some fogged windows on a remodel (flip) I was doing. Mario was early to the appointment and saw a couple of windows that needed a bit a caulking (not in the quoted scope of work) and addressed them at no additional fees! Exceeded my already high expectations. Well done!

We have used A & D Windows for over 20 years. Service, including Michele on the phone, have always been professional and timely.
