A-Plus Glass was founded as Dixie Glass Company in 1946 by Randolph McCormick Sr. The McCormick family had been in the glass business for many years, so glass was nothing new to Randolph. After moving to Opelousas, he opened his first glass shop. They were humble beginnings. As the business grew he opened the first of many glass plants to provide glass to his shops. The business continued to grow. Randolph opened more shops and plants until eventually he had to start a realty business to manage the properties.

Great service friendly staff. I had to schedule an appointment bc they had to special order a window for the door on my SUV. I ordered it at around 11:30 am on a Wednesday and had an appointment to Install it the next day at 1pm. I was driving out the parking lot an hour later with a new window. I would most definitely recommend this place.

The Best Glass Company around these Parts. The Service is Excellent. They make sure that the job is done excellent. Shane and his installation People are great guys and very knowledgeable. These guys really took care of my boyfriend and I. We were heading back to dallas when my windshield completely busted. They were able to order my new windshield and replace it in the same day so we could continue our long drive back home. The staff was very hospitable all around. Best customer service we have had in a long time.
