I have motorized shades in my home, they would not go up at the same time and one of the shades stopped before the others. I was worried that the product was not good anymore but the lady on the phone suggested the installer come out and take a look. When they came out they knew right away what the problem was and got it fixed. Great attitudes & customer service.

I have had 3 properties furnished by this company and I can't thank them enough for the hard work provided. Each property is different and took me some time to make up my mind as far as what I wanted in each, but the designers were very patient with me and kept providing me with options that would look good in the unit along with pros and cons in having certain treatment in units. I have shutters in one and shades in the other 2 units and they look amazing. I am now working on my 4 unit and will come back to About Face Blinds for everything! Thank You

I was able to come back from a trip with my new shutters and drapes installed perfectly. I was a little bit worried because I wanted to be there incase things went wrong but I was assured that the installers knew what they were doing and would not have trouble installing. The designers Sharon & LeeAnn were absolutely incredible and very understanding about what I wanted. Great customer service.

So I was doing some looking around and price checking wanted to get some things done for my moms house as a surprise. Came across these guys and customer service was above my expectations. Everything was explained in great detail. Price was where I needed it to be and it too was broke down to my liking. Professionalism was carried out throughout the whole process from the phone call consultation all the way to the install.
I believe the yall fellas name was Larry, but my moms said he was professional and courteous and explained his every movements just so she would feel comfortable. Highly recommend this company. If it were 10 stars they would surely get it.

I shopped for blinds at 4 different businesses. I finally settled on About Face. Their service was flawless from start to finish. Bill and Sharon were delayed 20 minutes to the measuring appointment. Sharon graciously called to tell me of the brief delay. Sharon and Bill measured with exacting precision. The blinds arrived in 5 weeks - exactly within the estimated delivery time of 4-6 weeks.
I was especially impressed with the professional install technicians. Kurt was careful, deliberate and precise in the install of 2 vertical blinds. Excellent experience. I highly recommend About Face.
