I called when one of the springs broke on our garage door. Dean called right back and came out to assess the situation. He then had two of his technicians come over with the parts they needed and make the repairs. It's never fun to have something break and have to spend money you weren't planning on, but this was a great experience from beginning to end. Prompt, professional service. Excellent communication. Requested service for broken cable on my daughter's door with a broken cable. Service tech Joey arrived on time and did a sensational job not only with repair, but tuning up and balancing the door. Quick Review: I needed a new door and door opener/operated. They are very professional, flexible, organized, friendly, and direct to what the problem is and what needs to be done. Detailed Review: It was easy to book an inspection appointment. They have many flexible hours when it comes to scheduling a day and time that best fits your schedule. Also, they communicate with you before, during and after the appointment.

They are also really professional and understanding. The day of my appointment it was raining and I was running some errands, so I was running late for 10 minutes. They waited and when I got home they were ready to get to work. They started the inspection and then let me know what was the problem with my garage door and door opener. They even offer to do a quick repair on the door since my daughter with the car collide with it.

For price and services needed they ran an precise estimate with different options on doors and door opener, which for me having options is perfect. I will recommend them 100%

I drive into my driveway, press the clicker, and my garage door will not open. I keep pressing and nothing happens. Panic sets in. Where are my house keys? I dig, and I dig. Finally I find them at the bottom of my car console. I get in the house and check the Batavia Chamber of Commerce website for a list of garage door repair companies. I recognize the Accurate Door name and logo because I see their logo all over town for sponsoring community events and sports teams.

I call, and much to my surprise, they can come out the same day! Nick drives up about 4 hours later and he is a delight! Such a nice, knowledgeable, and courteous person. The spring is broken. He has a replacement one in the van. He's up on the ladder and in a flash, he is done. Not only did he fix the problem, he performed some annual maintenance on it and an inspection.

He shakes my hand, says we should have him back in a year for general maintenance, and he is on his way. Accurate Door, especially Nick, far exceeded my expectations. The experience was absolutely perfect. I have already, and will continue to recommend them to my friends, family, neighbors, and anyone who asks. Thanks you, Nick for saving my day!

A Accurate Door is the best garage repair service I've worked with this far. The cost is right where it needs to be, and the hospitality of the local family owned business is very evident. My Service Tech stayed an extra 2 hours after discovering a more intricate problem on a Friday, and was professional, Courteous, and polite. He got the job done and was happy to do so. Letting people into your home to work is always a toss up, because you want to get good service, and my garage door is working great, it's upgraded, and I'd recommend A Accurate Door to anyone in the Chicago land area!
