Arrived promptly at the agreed upon designated time. Moved some minor items out of the way to make room for the repair. Consulted with me regarding specific details of the repair. Completed the repair quickly and at a reasonable price. Friendly and courteous! Locally owned Denton business. Boy, I was in a bind today! I went out to my car and pushed the button on the remote to open my garage door and nothing happened! I don't "do" mechanical stuff so I got on yelp and found these guys. I called at noon and absolutely positively had to get the car out by two-thirty to go get my son from school and talked to Holly (one of the owners).
I explained my problem and she said she'd have technician right over. I thought "yeah, right!" I was sure I was going to have to call in the troops to save the poor boy from his teachers. To my surprise, not even an hour later Bill was calling me to say he was 10 minutes away from my house. As soon as he got in the garage he immediately pointed out that I had a broken spring above my door.
That is apparently what makes the darn thing go up and down. He told me up front how much it would be and finished the work in time for me to get out of the garage and go get my son. I feel like I was treated like family and will most definitely be calling Acme for any other issues I have.
