Acorrn was knowledgeable and professional. Based on the scope of work that John outlined, they did what they said they would do at the price that we agreed upon. The quality of their work was excellent. During the whole process they were very attentive to my needs. When they finished, they left my garage as clean as they found it. I would definitely recommend Acorn to anyone who needs the type of services that they offer.

I had Mike and his crew sped our roof insulation out for the heat coming from the third floor. Mike and his colleagues inspected the roof and insulated with very thin cover on only one side of the wall. They never added insulation to the rafters which I was told cannot he done. However they did blow insulation into the front of the rafters which seems to have done a decent job.

The big however, but not laying insulation on the front side of the rafters the heat on the third floor is still horrible. I found a few other insulation companies come in to look at it and said sorry sir you got taken advantage of. That of course you can and all House can be done this way, but they were too lazy to do the work and wanted to get the job done quickly. I do not recommend this company.

My house had no insulation whatsoever, Acorn installed blow-in insulation and what a world of difference. The air/heat isn't on for extended periods of time, the house maintains the same temperature for longer periods of time. Overall, great company, on-time, professional, courteous, they explained everything they were doing or had done. Would recommend for any insulation needs.

I have a good relationship with Acorn since 2003. They did all of exterior jobs of my house like windows, roof, siding, skylight and attic insulation. They have affordable price, quick schedule, professional knowledgeable and friendly attitude. A disadvantage is that roof installed on 2013. Water leaking on 2018. They repaired free. 2020, water leaking 2nd time, repaired free. 2021, water leaking 3rd time, they will repair free as well.

We had our attic insulated recently and are very happy we chose Acorn. The lead, John, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to investigate in depth what the house actually needed. We had gotten a couple of other quotes and it was obvious from some basic investigation on the internet that John's recommendations were the only ones appropriate for the region.

When the team showed up they were efficient and respectful of the house. While it is still early in the season, we can definitely notice a difference so far and appreciate all of the work they did.

I received major damage to my roof after a tree falling on it. I placed a call to Acorn the evening of the event and the next morning by 9:00am Mike was there! The team that did the repairs where polite, professional, and did a great job on the roof as well as keeping my property clean during and after the installation. Two thumbs up!

The team at Acorn went above and beyond for our insulation project. They identified the need for attic insulation, but also pointed out features that were freezing, fire, and mould hazards waiting to happen and included those fixes in the quote. As they said, "while we are in your attic and sub floor might as well do everything needed!" In addition, their price was stellar and the service prompt and friendly. I would highly recommend calling them for your home improvement project.

We couldn't be happier with the service from Acorn! Quality work focused on energy improvements that have the best return on investment. The crew was professional, clean and worked quickly. Most impressively, we had an unexpected issue with a bathroom sewer leak that required us to gut the bathroom long after they'd finished up - Acorn came back and reinsulated the ceiling at no charge! Amazing service!

The actual process of getting the work done was simple and easy and they did a wonderful job of cleaning up after themselves. If not for providing us with a more comfortable home, which we are thankful for daily, and lower monthly energy bills, you would never even know they were there! Acorn Home Improvements, Inc. did work on my elderly mother's home. The house desperately needed new windows. The old ones were drafty and hard to open. In addition to replacing the windows, we decided to have additional insulation installed in the attic. Both crews, one for the windows and the other for the insulation, were professional, polite, on time and did a great job cleaning up after themselves.

It was a pleasure to deal with a company that was accommodating and completed the work as agreed upon. Mom and I found that their pricing was very reasonable. Since I live out of state, I was not able to be there for the entire process, but mom filled me in with details. It's so comforting to know that there are companies that are honest and reliable.

When the job was completed mom was thrilled with her new quality windows and how easy they were to open and close. Further more, with the proper insulation, mom found that her utility bills have decreased which is an added bonus. Mom and I highly recommend Acorn and would definitely use them again.
