These people are the best. I called with a problem with my shutters and even though they were past the warranty, they came out the same day and made the repair at no cost to me. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs shutters.

Active Door and Window did a phenomenal job replacing two exterior doors in my home. My experience with the selection, in home measurements, and installation was fantastic. They were cheaper than another installer (for the same doors) and Steve even saved me an additional $200 by informing me my current lock had a lifetime warranty and I could get it replaced by the manufacturer at no charge.

Now I ask you, what company does this? He could've sold me a new lock and I would've been none the wiser! Any company that is this honest, is a company I want to do business with. The two installers arrived on time and did an amazing job. I didn't even have to vacuum when they left. It was perfect. I had the doors painted by professionals in the area and they told me, "whoever installed these doors, did a really good job". So, if you're in the market for doors or windows, I would highly recommend Active Door and Window in Punta Gorda, Florida.

Active installed our front porch enclosure 2 years ago and it still looks great. Dogs love sitting out there - best investment we've made. Call Active if you want a good price, good materials, great service, and people that are great to do business with.

We had all new hurricane windows installed by Active in our Lake Suzy condo. I was totally satisfied and impressed with the installation process. Our condo had no appearance of a construction site upon completion. The most important thing to us is service after the sale. We did have a couple things that needed attention including one window needing replacement. They responded even quicker than we expected them to and took care of us to a level of 100% satisfaction.

My parents in their 70's got their garage door fixed by this company. The garage door stopped working 2 days later. They have tried calling numerous times to get a serviceman to come and to remedy the problem. 2 weeks later still nothing. This company takes advantage of elderly people. I highly recommend you do not get work done here. I am reporting them to Better Business Bureau.

Everything that was done at our house was high quality workmanship. They left no mess and cleaned up after themselves. I would recomend them to anyone and already have. My experience with Active Door & Window was 100% positive. I had all the windows in my condo replaced. I chose Active based on recommendations from a fellow condo owner who had nothing but good things to say about them and from our condo maintenance manager who is very familiar with them. I had a fairly lengthy wait to get my windows but I expected that from a place that is very busy and their estimate of an installation date was accurate.

A friend of mine bought windows from a different company and said after installation he and his wife spent a great deal of time cleaning up the mess caused by the installation. Active left my place very clean upon completion of the installation. I had one minor follow up issue and they arrived promptly to address it to my satisfaction. Great company in my opinion.

Trying to get these people to come in for a final measurement for a WHOLE HOUSE window and door replacement is like pulling teeth! I guess they don't want the business. So rude and uncooperative and inconsiderate of working people's time. Do not expect them to keep their appointments. Do not expect them to call you back. And for God's sakes, get somebody else to do your windows and doors! After everything we went through, we canceled everything. You just lost yourselves a $20k job. Well done.
