I have been using Advanced Door for at least ten years and I have ordered literally thousands of doors from them. It is rare they make a mistake - very rare! On the rare occasion they have they have never argued or pointed fingers. They just fix it and fix it fast. Their ordering system is pretty comprehensive and if mistakes are made I will tell you that it is typically from data input (fat finger syndrome) and that data goes straight to CNC.
Their lead times are reasonable and if delivery can be made faster they do. For thermofoil doors of all styles and colors this is my favorite manufacturer; not just for the quality of work but also for the really good people that operate this business. You can't go wrong.
