I'd highly recommend Gerry's service! To clarify first, I am not his paid customer but he helped me solve a huge problem by sharing instructions via emails, without charging anything. I bought a condo and the garage door could not be opened by the transmitter nor the keypad outside the door. I originally thought I had to pay 100-200 dollars to solve the issue, even just for troubleshooting, I would have to send someone to my place.

One of the contractors from my HOA recommended Gerry. I sent him an email inquiry and he immediately replied with some instructions on how I should test by myself to diagnose. Long story short, it turned out that the previous passcode left from the seller didn't work, recoded the passcode for the keypad, it now works. The old transmitter is actually broken and he provided the brand of a new transmitter, got from Amazon and it now works.

Problem solved! I'm glad that I saved some money on finding a solution to this issue. What makes me happier and more impressed is that he's sincerely willing to help and gets things done!

Highly recommend Jerry. He's friendly, communicates very well, and offers fair prices. We are very happy with our garage doors and would call him first if we ever had any problems in the future!

Just spoke to Jerry on the phone as our Garage door wouldn't open. He provided free phone support and helped me unstuck the garage door. Will definitely be calling him back to service the doors so they remain in good working condition. It is admirable and amazing that he provides free service on the phone!

I was very happy with the service I received today from Affordable Doors. I called mid morning he told me he would be here between 3-4 and he would call when he was on his way. I have had so many people tell me thst and have never called. He called as he said he would. He quickly fixed the door and his price was very reasonable. Very happy with the speed and quality of service.

I contacted Gerry early in the morning when my door was jammed and couldn't get to work - He already knew what was wrong with it with just a short description and said he would be there around 2 - that he would call to confirm. At about 2:30 I did not receive a call so I followed up to confirm he was still coming. No response until 5pm when he called to say he was on his way - This was a little frustrating BUT when he got there he was very efficient and to the point he not only changed the springs on the garage door, he adjusted the garage motor and even fixed the electrical fuse on my other garage without being asked and at no extra charge.

I am thinking Gerry is a one man show so I understand his limits on time to follow up and call and also I am a millennial I want answers and quickly lol - with that being said he is worth the wait and money.

So glad we called affordable doors, Gerry is very knowledgeable, he noticed right away we were missing some rollers, and he fixed a small problem with the motor, that im sure other techs might have taken advantage of, we really appreciate his honesty.
