We required emergency glass repair to a picture window and reading the positive reviews, I felt sure this was the right place. On initial call, I spoke and dealt with Josue who was not only pleasant, understanding and professional, he took a lot of time understanding what we needed. Also, they are very busy and he found a place for us on the scedule that day.

They were not able to do the replacement and we understood from the beginning that this was possible however beginning to end, the experience was so superior that any other needs for glass and windows, I will call only this company. For our work, we were told it might be that we had to contact the window manufacturer which ended up being the case. I cannot say enough about them-they were that outstanding! Much appreciated!

Bruce Macin is definitely a owner that cares about his customers. He worked with me until he got my glass doors right. His staff was nasty to say the least, but he called me himself and made sure the job was done correctly. This was during the beginning of the pandemic, so this was especially difficult. Excellent company, professional and extremely easy to work with! I need two windows of different types in two different locations replace. I was given very accurate estimate over the phone and then a site visit and follow up estimate, which was within dollar of the phone quote. The window were replace on schedule as promised with before and after follow up phone calls. Great Job! I would use them again and would recommend them.

The owner Bruce is the true definition of a professional- skilled, hands on, great communication and all around great person to work with. His technicians are highly skilled and very accommodating. They kept the job site incredibly cleaned, discussed clearly every step they are doing and were a pleasure to work with (especially Tito). I highly recommend them to everyone!

I'd like to thank owner Bruce Macin for a great job! The two-man team he sent to my apartment was neat, professional, and attended to details - making sure to re-measure and reconfirm all frames before beginning the removal process. Then, during the work, they gave care to clean as they went (keeping flying dust and dirt to a minimum as one can only reasonably expect is actually possible with this kind of work). Whilst I could just say everything was "perfect", the truth is, it wasn't.

In fact two windows had scratches in the same spot which indicated an error on the production line. Noticing this, the guys called Bruce who immediately said it would be dealt with and three business days later, it was. The same team came back and swapped in new panes. Sometimes the real value of working with someone is found not in the perfect, but in how people manage through what is imperfect.

To that end All About Glass came through with flying colors. I'm now enjoying my easy to open, easy to clean (tilt-in) windows. A welcome replacement to the 30 year old windows that were in my condo previously. The city looks so much more welcoming with nice clean windows!

I used All About Glass to fix a small crack I had when I would close my window. I brought in 3 people and no one was able to address the problem in its entirety. Every vendor will tell me this is the best they can do but I knew the problem was not fixed as cold air was coming through the crack. Someone recommended to me All About Class and the owner Bruce himself came by. He knew exactly what I was talking about and he addressed my issue. Now my window locks all the way and no cracks. I would highly recommend him. No need to go anywhere else.

All About Glass & Windows was great. they came promptly to assess the windows; gave me an estimate the next business day; came the following day and did the work. they were prompt, professional, friendly, and did a good job.
