David Weber, CEO and founder of All Pro Exteriors, Inc. is a second generation, siding and window installer who has been serving the construction industry for over 29 years. Installing energy efficient replacement windows and energy efficient exterior products to almost every type of building, including hundreds of residential homes and outbuildings, water filtration plants, hotels, apartment complexes, retirement homes, condominiums, and other commercial buildings. In 1997, All Pro Exteriors became a California State Licensed Company (#736427) and began to offer their services directly to homeowners.

All Pro Exteriors is an Amerimax authorized installation company, an Environmental Protection Agency Lead Safe Certified Firm. All Pro Exteriors is also a participating contractor with SMUD electric company's energy efficiency programs and an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating.
