All State Siding & Windows

A friend recommended All-State windows after they replaced all of her windows due to their high quality of work and great price. I have been having issues with controlling humidity in my home. When Patrick came out, it was evident that he was trying figure out how his services could solve our problem. He wasn't just here to make a sale, and it showed. I was very impressed.

Improperly installed gable vents. After numerous calls owner Jimmy lagrappe came to see work (done 2/2021). Said allstate was at fault & they would make it right. That was 6 months ago. At first I got the run around. Now allstate just ignores me completely. Their poor quality of work & refusal to correct had caused mold in my attic (no air flow) as well as much higher electric bills. Never, ever use them or pay up front. I paid almost $20,000.00 cash. I have HUGH regrets!

I had this company replace siding on my house and now I have water getting into the house after heavy rains. I called repeatedly for months and they finally got someone to come out to look. He identified multiple areas of concern and said he would be back the following Friday. He never came back and when I called I was told the crew was no longer in the area and that I would be contacted as soon as a crew was available.

I have yet to be contacted and this has been multiple months. They obviously have no concern for the issue and I have no faith that they will do anything to resolve the issue.

Very friendly and a great quality product. They replaced my windows while I was away on a trip and I returned to a perfect installation. I 100% recommend.

We chose the black framed windows and a new door and have received so many compliments. The quality is fantastic, and our electric bill is much lower. Marco and his crew did a wonderful job of installing more than 25 NT Presidential Series Single-hung White Vinyl Windows and the back door in our two story home in Cinco Ranch after we were flooded. From the moment they arrived they were professional, courteous and highly skilled. The windows fit perfectly and are so beautiful. We had the door replaced at a later time because of other contractor work going on inside our home. Juan and Sergio also did a super job of installing the new back door.

They arrived on time, brought the proper tools, were respectful of our space, and cleaned up all work areas. We would and will definitely recommend Allstate Siding and Windows and Marcos' marvelous magic crew.

The windows are wonderful. Two men came out and replaced all of our windows in just a few hours and made zero mess for me to clean up. Got them in 2005, still love them. Allstate was the only window company we found in Houston area who will really work with you on the size, shape, configuration, and operation of the new windows. I wanted the front windows to have a small opening at the bottom of the windows.

All the other window replacement companies told us you can't do that, blah blah blah. Yes you can! And they were made perfectly to our specs. 2 of them eventually lost their seal and became foggy inside the dual panes of glass. Allstate came out and replaced them, no questions asked, in a very short amount of time. They were amazing once again. They should change their name to AMAZING Siding and Windows!

Our electric bill dropped a LOT and our house was quieter and cleaner, the windows seal tightly and keep out dust, pollen, and noise. They are so amazing. When we sold our house in 2016 the windows still glistened in the sun. Love them. Wish all businesses were as good as Allstate. (I will try to find a better photo and add it!)
