I needed the siding replaced on my house. I contacted Alpha for an estimate. The older salesman Gary came to my house. He insisted my wife be home to pick a color. He wanted us to pick a color and sign that day. A big no in my book. I told him I was waiting for my tax return money and he insisted I finance through the company. Meanwhile, I knew I was going to get more estimates.

After he said that, he immediately got irritated and said the price would go up next time I contacted him. He got up and left right away. I instantly knew they weren't going to get the job with that attitude towards us. I ended up getting a better price from someone else. Bad service. Stay away.

We had our windows installed in 2009. At the time we were told that the windows had a lifetime guarantee (as long as it's the same owner). About 2 months ago the ledge to open the window fell off. We contacted them and thet told us they would take down our number and call us the next day. We called again, this time they told us to send them a picture.

We did. Two months later, we are still waiting for a reply. We haven't abused the product. However, even though we live in NJ we went with this company because of their lifetime guarantee. THEY ARE OBVIOSLY LIARS! THEY DON'T GUARANTEE THEIR WINDOWS! If you are planning to stay in your home and want new windows, go somewhere else to get them.

Contracted Alpha to replace the windows on my home before the winter season and instantly noticed a difference. Was the right decision and price for the work was good. I feel as though the work and price paid were worth it. Definitely would recommend if looking for a company to replace your windows.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They offer a lifetime guarantee on their windows, which sounds great, except they close their business & open a new corporation with just a slightly different name so they won't have to honor their guarantee. They say they have been in business since 1967 but that was under a different but very similar name. Don't count on using the guarantee they give you.

They wouldn't honor it with me because the company I dealt with (one word different in their title) is out of business. I even verified that the man I spoke to was the man who sold me my windows & came out to re-install one window when his installer did a poor job of it the first time. What a scam!
