They do not service their products after installation
Although they have a nice product--the lifetime warranty does you no good as they provide no service for their products. After initial installation they are through with you -- so beware!!! We had the track runner on our Great Lakes sliding door go bad. They did nothing to help us get the replacement part or repair it. We had to deal with the company directly. We had a problem with a storm door-we bought from them. Again they said they would not provide us with service. We were not looking for free service and said we would pay for the service call--they said sorry we cannot help you nor could they refer us to someone who could. I would beware--what good is product or warranty if you can't get it serviced should the need arise??!!
