Excellent installation of new 9' patio deck sliding glass door. Friendly, knowledgeable, and great product for a great price.

I had them install my glass windows for my home. Thought I needed new full replacements. I was so impressed with their honesty telling me I only needed the glass replaced and NOT full replacements. Saved me a ton of money! Window glass comes with a 10yr warranty from their manufacture. So happy with their professionalism from the office staff to the guys who came out here. Definitely top notch! Thanks American Glass I will most definitely be referring you on!

These pictures speak for themselves. This was the second window we had American Glass install. We tried to be reasonable but in the end, they only reimbursed us for the window, NOT the installation. That is half of the cost of the window we did not get refunded! We tracked humidity and temperature for a year until we proved the window was defective. Again, look at the pictures and consider we only received half of our money back. Buyer Beware

We hired them to do our bathrooms in a home we purchased this year. They were very professional in explaining the options available for glass doors for showers and bathtubs. But the highlight was yesterday when they did all 3 bathrooms. I was amazed when I got home from work, and saw the work they did. It put the finishing touch on the bathrooms. I was warned not to use American Glass and Window in Elkhorn but I decided to give them a chance and support local business - big mistake. After waiting several weeks for my window they called and scheduled an appointment for me to drop it off for repair, I live out of state and took the day off of work to go there only to find out that they ordered the wrong material.

It took a few more weeks for them to get the correct materials, I requested a discount for my trouble and they told me the best they could do is offer me a 10% discount on my next purchase, based on my experience I said that I will not go with them for future needs and they said they would have the owner call me, it's been several weeks and I never heard back. The girls in the office were great but I can't say the same for the owner very poor customer service.

The guys did an awesome job on my install. They were scheduled to be onsite for 4 hrs. and the job turned into about 6 hrs. they took their time and made sure my basement windows fit perfectly. I will definitely use them again!

Two guys installed 6 windows and one sliding door in 2 days. Great work! Everything looks very neat and clean. Even got rid of the bees' nest in one of the frames Overall, very good experience. We needed new windows so I did my due diligence and checked out six window companies. The cheapest company was Window World but they had many BBB complaints The highest was LGW&D at $1000/window! We interviewed all the companies and we came to the decision that American Glass & Window LLC was our choice. No BBB complaints. Local and family owned was something we really liked.

The owner himself came to the house to show us his windows. He was never pushy like some of the other companies were. We ordered the windows and they came in on the timeline that they stated. We were able to choose our installation date. The two installers were Craig and Jode. Both of them were very professional, answered our questions, showed us how the windows function/how to clean.

After the install they cleaned the windows, sills and vacuumed everything. We are very satisfied with our choice to have American Glass & Window install our windows. Thank you again to AG&W for doing a fabulous job from start to finish. We will definitely use you again! Denise H

Wanted to replace my 30 year old casement windows and 2 sliding patio doors. Glad I chose this company. The install was completed on time and looks great. The 2 workers, Craig and Jode, were friendly, clean and on-time. I didn't get the impression that they were just looking to get the job over with. They paid attention to detail and made sure I was satisfied before they left. Would highly recommend this company

Had a window break in the cold. Called American Glass and I was so impressed. They came out measured, gave estimate and we had them order the glass and replace it. Wonderful job! Craig and Jode were clean and considerate and even put rubber mats down on the wood floor where the ladder was. Not a piece of broken glass or mess left behind for me to clean up after. So happy to have the window fixed. Looks like nothing ever happened. A++++

Had a broken contour grid pattern window in our basement egress. Called American Glass and they came out quickly to measure for replacement. Next day we were called with cost of replacement and with in weeks our new window is in! Great job American Glass, Hunter and Jose. Thank you!

This company is fantastic. Installed my shower enclosure on time and on budget which is huge. No games with any part of the process. We are so happy we went with them for our work to be completed. Our installer who came out was extremely professional and courteous! We did notice that there is signage in the office along with on the estimates that there is a 4% fee added to any charge card transaction.

It's nice to see that they make their customers aware of this. I understand this has to be done, credit card companies are out of control with their fees and smaller business just can't absorb all of it. I will definitely be recommending them to others, and use them again for our finished rec room when we are ready!

My Husband and I have worked with American Glass & Window for many years. They are absolutely the best Company from their impeccable Customer Service to delivering and completing the job. We recently had a Warranty issue that Staci handled for us and followed it through to completion with our utmost satisfaction! After charging over $150.00 to replace the glass in a window which we brought into the shop, they charged almost $7.00 because I used my Master Card to pay. Total rip-off.

Very bad communications. i don't know why, but you can never get any one to call you, email, or text you back.

Very unprofessional waited 4 weeks for a piece of glass, just got shined on. You pay up front and just wait and get lied to.
