Glenn Nunez came out to measure windows, damaged one of our window screens, didn't have a ladder to reach the 2nd story widows (we had to loan him one) he moved our back yard decor items and left them out of place and left our ladder up on the side of the house. We called the office to report the issue, Glenn called back upset and did nothing to resolve the issue. When we received the quote, it was 3x higher than the previous owner of American Home Improvement had given us a year earlier.

We just needed one window done because of an accident and American Home Improvement was not only very responsible but quick and very professional. We will be using them for the rest of the windows after this job! Thank you.

It's the second aluminum pergola I do with American Home Improvement located on 191 Highway in Midland, Texas. The first one done approximately 9 years ago still looks brand new, spotless without any maintenance. The working crew and office staff were very courteous, friendly, punctual and professional. Both were accommodating to my questions and requests. Highly recommended as both times I have used their services, they have proved to be a very reliable company.

They just completed the replacement windows on our house. They did an amazing job. The windows and the quality of installation are awesome!

I have purchased windows and a Sunroom from this American Home Improvement at two different homes. We have always had great service and the quality of the windows and the sunroom have been very good. They have responded to me anytime I have contacted them with consideration and been helpful to me. I would recommend them to anyone looking for any home project they have.

5 yrs ago I paid 500.00 for Windows that were double pain. They were suppose to save me on electric. Did not! Also they came with a life time garentee. And again not! They gave me some crape that the warrinty went out of business and I have to pay to have windows replaced due to defects. They still are telling people to get them to pay more than it would cost to buy from home Depot and insalation.

The only reason I used American home was because they were suppose to be best windows. My next story naibor bought windows 5 yrs before us from home Depot and and there windows are fine still.

We had them replace our front and back doors. The front door was nicer than what we had before the back door was just a plain door, we had never had to buy doors before so we trusted that they would be honest with an estimate. They took about an hour to install the doors and they charged us $3,200 for both doors and labor (Yes Three-THOUSAND two hundred, that's not a typo).

I was suspicious about the cost and looked for a comparable door to the nice one on Home Depot's website and I found it there for $400. that means the hour of labor was $2,400. They completely took advantage of us, I tell all my friends to watch out for this company since they lack integrity and honesty in their work. AMERICAN HOME IMPROVEMENT RIPPED US OFF, find someone else and save yourself thousands.
