I ordered several windows for my home, 15 in total. A tech from Anderson came out to measure all of them. I waited 4 weeks for work to start which was no problem. When it came time to take out my patio doors to replace with the new Anderson sliding door it was so much smaller than the opening. I called the office right then and there and told them this is the wrong size. They said you would have to order custom. huh? I thought I had after $26,000.00 order. They said this was standard for the sizing to be smaller even though my paperwork said 6' X 8'. I had a gaping hole in my house in January, so I went ahead and let them put it in since there was no other. So disappointed ever since.
They also tried to put in a dented screen door. I made them replace it before final payment. Call my sales person Michael who never called back. Never again!!!
