Update: I have owned the car for 5 days, driven a total of maybe 150 miles and the check engine light has come on. According to a computer diagnostic tool, it's a solenoid issue. As of now Andy Mohr VW is covering the cost for their own service diagnostic, but that's as far as I have gotten with them. I'll update again once their service addresses the issue. Josue Garcia was great to work with.
He got it done with ease and took a ton of stress off the overall process. I also appreciate him going the extra mile to help get my new car cleaned up and ready for me to drive it off the lot. 10/10 Recommend Josue.
