Arizona's Garage Door Doctor

I called Arizona's Garage Door Doctors twice and they came out the same day. I needed garage door clickers and they were able to give them to me on the same day and program them for me. They also inspected my garage door to make sure everyone was working correctly. These guys are great!

Called these folks this morning about 8am about a broken garage door spring. The dispatcher said a tech (Fernando) would be there between 10am an 12noon. He arrived at 1045am, replaced both garage door springs with the appropriate springs for our door. Very professional, very thorough. I cannot express how pleased we are.

This company is the best. My springs broke and my car was locked in, call Arizona Garage Doctor and they came out the same day to fix the problem and because of this, Ihad the use of my car. The gentleman that came out was the most polite, co-operative service person that I have ever had. Loved that he had Christian music playing while he was working. I have used them prior and will never think of calling anyone else.

Fernando was absolutely outstanding. He diagnosed the problem immediately, repaired it promptly and expertly, and explained everything to this curious novice clearly. He was at my home on a Sunday morning within 2-3 hours, and the charges were reasonable. I rewarded him with a nice tip.

I can't say enough great things about this company and the fast service and fair prices they offer. Aaron was my installer and he was meticulous in the work he performed, and even took the time to adjust a new door another company had installed last year. He did such an amazing job I had him replace both openers and now both doors are working perfectly. Thank you!

I hired Door Doctor to repair the poor installation job of another company. Adam from Door Doctor quickly saw the (many) problems, ordered the necessary parts, and quickly had the doors working again. The bottom seal on my garage door required replacement. Close examination revealed it was not a DIY repair on this particular door. AZ garage door doctor installed a new metal seal channel and seal. The seal works perfectly. They also adjusted the spring tension on the door so I would have no problem getting my 4X4 truck in and out. I'm pleased with the repair.

I used this company two years ago, and Joe is an excellent technician and very thorough. I definitely knew I'd be a repeat customer because I will not go anywhere else. I just used them again this past Monday, and Fernando also very helpful. This company is very good at communicating and responds quickly to calls. My previous gate system was very old/outdated. Because of this, it was routinely in disrepair. On a whim of both desperation and frustration, I called Az Garage Door Doctor. At the end of the call (spoke with Matt), I knew I’d called the right company. Matt’s knowledge and professionalism convinced me. Shortly thereafter, he and Brian installed my new system, explained/guided me through the features, and ensured all my expectations/needs were met before they left.
Price, professionalism, and knowledge are all reasons why I’m very pleased and will continue to recommend Az Garage Door Doctor.

The Tech (Ryan?) was on time, showed us what was needed, made suggestions and advised as to pricing and then told us how long it would take for repairs and install. He was wrong, didn't take him near as long as he said it would and it was outstanding results. As far as we are concerned, there is no other Garage Door Company. You cant go wrong, if you want the job done and done right with the right equipment call them.

My garage door ceased functioning yesterday evening. I called AZ Door Doctor this morning. Within an hour, Tim arrived at my home, diagnosed the problems, and gave me an estimate of what it would cost to make the necessary repairs. He also offered options for size of motor, etc. After I made the choices, Tim completed his work in under 2 hours. Everything is now working properly. A fair price, quick and excellent service. I will not hesitate to call AZ Door Doctor should I have need of service in the future.

My garage door broke this morning and with the robberies in the neighborhood, plus being a senior citizen, I was really concerned. Garage Door Doctor, Ryan, showed up and had it fixed within an hour. I would recommend them for repairs which I had at my daughter's home. I would also recommend them for replacement. I had two replaced from August storm damage. They did great work at a reasonable price.

I needed a garage door opener because I moved into a new house and there was no opener installed. I perused the Web and found AZ Door Doctor. I filled out an estimate request online and immediately after sending the request I got a call from Matt. Within a few hours Bryan was at my house and two hours later I had a professionally installed opener. Bryan does good work.
