ASHE County Garage Doors

I had ACGD do work at my location in Sparta, NC twice. The first time was 15 years ago, when I had a garage/shop building constructed by a local builder. He installed the 16 foot door and could not get it to close evenly on the concrete floor. He contacted ACGD and they took care of the problem and made modifications to strengthen the structure. They gave me a extra remote at no charge so that I could control the door from my kitchen door in addition to those in each vehicle. The second time was about a year ago because the rubber seal had deteriorated and needed replacing. They came when they said they would and did a fine job at a fair price.

Always respond quickly and frankly try to save you money and prevent a service call by resolving your issue over the phone.

Alex, James, Rob and William came to my house today to give me a estimate on a new garage door. While they were here they saw a job that I was trying to get done and I couldn't do it alone. Fixing up a house and needed a new garage door. They came IN THE RAIN and fixed us up! Very easy to work with, excellent service and installation crew even measured and gave us info for the other one we are replacing soon. Needless to say they will be doing that one also.

So far, so good! Waiting on the weather to cooperate so we can finish up. Very nice people to deal with.

ACGD changed an old door that I had in my house. They worked professionally and quickly. They have also done quite a bit of work for my husband. I would highly recommend.

When our garage door opener failed, we called this local business and were told someone would be here late in the day to look at it and that they'd call us before coming. No phone call, no one showed up. We called again the next morning and they seemed to know nothing about our previous call. But, the woman promised there would be someone out to fix it that day.

No one showed up, no one called. After another day with no call, we watched Youtube videos on repairing the opener and ordered the parts from Amazon. Three days later we had installed the parts ourselves and repaired the door opener. Here we are, one week later and still no call from this company. We learned that a neighbor of ours had the same experience with them. How they stay in business is a mystery to us all.

2 Liftmaster garage doors installed. We are working them manually as there is no electricity to the freestand garage. One works fine. The other keeps self locking. Both the husband and wife who operate this business were incredibly rude. The man made one very short follow up visit and denies there is a problem yet it keeps happening. He blames my wife but can't explain why the other door works fine. Liftmaster is generally a good product but there is an unsolved problem here. We may have to resort to calling another Liftmaster dealer. I would not recommend this company at all.
