Another screen door company that I called said it will take 3 weeks for them to come and install. Mario and Lico of Austin Custom Screens did it in 1 week (called last Monday, Mario came measured on Wednesday and installed a 79" by 36" screen patio door today as stated). He hauled away the old broken door as well, Easy Peasy. Recommend

After searching around for a screen shop to repair my back porch, I came across Austin Custom Screens. Mario and his brother Lico own this place and are two great, hard-working, honest guys who do a great job at a fair price. I had my back porch rescreened by another company two year ago. The guy who did the work used the wrong size rubber splines and they started popping out during the heat of summer. Mario identified the problem as soon as I explained it, showed up the next day with a variety of spline sizes and reinstalled every screen for a very reasonable price (that's Mario on the ladder). You can't go wrong trusting your work to Austin Custom Screens!

I called Austin Custom Screens for a quote on Monday -- the screens were installed on Thursday morning. They were all well-fabricated and fit beautifully in my 25 year-old windows. The price was reasonable and the customer service was excellent. I'm very pleased with this business and recommend it wholeheartedly.
