The guy that runs this company is a clown. Had him come out to give an estimate on a gate project and then never heard from him again. We went over what we wanted (pretty simple and straight-forward), he seemed fine with it and told us he'd get back to us shortly with an estimate. I thought it was a little weird that he didn't get any contact info, but thought he must have had something from initial inquiry.
After not hearing from him for a few days I called him to see what the estimate was. He hemmed and hawed and said he was still working on it but would let me know. Nothing. If you don't want the job, just be a man about it and say so. What's with the subterfuge? Stop wasting people's time!
