Avondale Garage Doors

Our garage spring broke Saturday morning. I called around and Avondale Garage had a technician that could arrive later in the afternoon. The tech took longer to complete the job than he told us which was an hour. He took almost 2. We were charged almost $600 for the job which was way too much. While I'm grateful we had same day service, I know we were over charged after speaking with friends and family.

Honest, priced fairly, and they truly take care of their customers. We had a new door and opener installed last year. The opener arm bent day before yesterday. I called Jeff, and he was out the next day to fix it free-of-charge. This business clearly understands the meaning of customer service. I highly recommend.

Called at 10:16 am for a quote, was pleased with what I was quoted so I went ahead and setup a time for their worker to come and fix my garage door between 1 & 3 pm. Service technician Michael called 2 minutes after setting up appt and said he was available now so he went ahead and came to my house. He was only here less than 15 minutes and fix my garage door as needed. Thank you Michael and thank you Avondale Garage Door, I will definitely recommend your company for anyone who needs it.

Avondale Garage Door was great to work with. They responded to my garage door issue promptly and Michael did a great job addressing the issue and telling how to prevent it in the future. Couldn't be happier with their quality of service!

Fixed my garage door. it wouldn't open, broken tension springs. they switched it out quick, left no mess. even came back when my remote wouldn't work and figured out the issue. answered some questions i had as well.

When we lived in Peoria, Arizona - I accidently backed up our trailer with jet skis (didn't jackknife) but went too fast and made several indentions into the garage door. Do not have enough good things to say about these guys! Had an appointment at 10 o'clock, they called at 9:15 and asked if they could come early. Charles and Sam showed up knew exactly what to do. What impressed me most was the knowledge of Charles and the hard work of Sam! It was great that they had everything they needed on their truck. They were finished before they were originally scheduled to arrive. Had another company come out and give me an estimate.

But of course they wanted to replace the whole garage door. And the estimate they gave me was ridiculous! Avondale Garage Door's charged me 10% of what the other guys wanted. And my garage door works fantastic! Thanks again Charles and Sam keep up the good work!

I was looking to purchase 2 openers for my residence. I received a quote from a competitor and they wanted to do a pre-installation visit to inspect the job. After the visit, I received a revised quote to retrofit my fully functional springs which had been replaced 4 years ago. Avondale Garage Doors gave me a quote over the phone for exactly what I wanted and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. They showed up on time and did an excellent job. I will use them again and highly recommend them.

I have had Avondale Garage Doors do all my repairs over the years. They have always been friendly, very competent, and reasonably priced with the repairs. Charles came today, immediately diagnosed the problem, and had my garage door working again within the hour.

I called Avondale Garage Repair around 10:00am on a Saturday morning because my garage door wasn't working properly, I was given a window between 12:00-2:00. Charles arrived before 1:00 and repaired my garage within 20min, he was very professional, knowledgeable, fast and the price was very reasonable. I will recommend this company to others

Called them the day before Thanksgiving. They came out that day and Charles the Technician, knew right away even before he arrived, what was wrong. It was the 20 year old garage door opener. Arrived at our place, looked at the unit and said he could be here to install a new 1 the day after Thanksgiving at 0630. Wow arrived on time, knew his stuff and had a new 1 installed and programmed all openers, cars included in no time at all. Charles did all this even with me constantly talking to him and asking questions. Ha ha.

I had contacted a different company and they would not be out until Tuesday of the next week. I highly recommend this company and their good customer service. The only reason it was not put in on Wednesday, was because he only had belt drive openers on his truck. The chain drives were received that day. If you need garage door work? Go with these guys. They will treat you right. I also received a military discount!

We had a power outage last week and when power was restored it caused something to "pop" inside our garage door opener. My husband called Sun City Garage Doors formerly known as Anytime Garage Door since their sticker on the opener. A guy came out, very aggressive in approach and told my husband the opener needed to be replaced and would cost $650.

I said absolutely not and that I would contact Avondale Garage Doors since they had replaced our garage door last summer and was very efficient and gave me the lowest price in the valley. I called Avondale and the man that answered told me immediately that it was the capacitor and would cost about $21 for the part and $75 for the service call and labor (we live in the very far west valley so I completely understood the charge).

His tone was pleasant and he told me that it was not difficult to change and that I should look at it first. He was right! I bought the part and changed it in less than 5 minutes all by myself and my door works better than before! I removed all stickers off my opener and replaced it with Avondale's name and number. Thank you Avondale Garage Doors for being trustworthy and honest!
