Absolutely the best in the business they have been servicing my 3 garage doors for over 20 years. The office Mary is the best setting up appointments and very polite to deal with. Jimmy is the master of resolving your garage door issues he knows his stuff and is quick to fix the problem. I am a hands on guy who likes to do his own repairs its just easier to call Jimmy at Bauer and he shows up in a day on time as promised and repair is done in half the time it would have took myself. Pricing is very fair and you are dealing with a family owned business owner who does the work themselves not an outside tech.

I had an issue with one of the garage doors shaking a lot when closing. Jim Bauer stopped in, took a look and sprayed WD40 on all the rollers. Tried the door and it was as smooth as a bowling ball. Jim took $20 bucks. Any other company would have hit me for a service visit plus. He could have made something up and charged me but he didn't. Totally recommend this company! Real nice family man, we discussed our grand kids!

I have used Bauer garage doors since 1994 for two homes. They are great. The customer service is beyond excellent and fast. They always respond quickly and politely. They know what they are doing. The doors and mechanisms have lasted a very long time and their prices are fair. One of the best contractors I have ever dealt with.
