Professional and courteous. The install went great. Some other contractors damaged a panel and the repair also went great. A squeak developed and Alex came by to lube it up with no service charge!

Bay Area Overhead Door is top notch. The design consultant spent as much time with me as I needed going over options. I never once felt rushed, even though I am sure I kept asking to see the same doors again and again. Then an installation expert with something like 27 years experience in installing garage doors came to make sure the door I chose would work on my garage.

Their whole process was so seamless, transparent and honest. The installation team was on time (they even gave me the option of coming a day early, actually!), skilled, and clean. I was very happy with my experience with this company and I love my new door!

The operations team was equally excellent as well - they came out to our house and were absolutely precise on everything that needed to be done, from removing the old garage door(s) to installing the new garage door(s) & genie(s).

In a nutshell. I email them on a Monday morning. Reply in less than 2 hours. 30 min after a technician shows up in my house to evaluate the damages. In 24 hours they give a quote and the following day the garage door is repaired. Very knowledgeable, create the right expectations and deliver. Excellent service

They do a remarkable service. They keep up with the schedule. Jim calls me before he comes. He explains all the details. Unless it is required he advises us not to change He makes sure our garage door is good working condition. He provides necessary maintenance so that the garage door opens and closes smoothly. He provides all the answers for our questions. It is comforting to have them within our reach.

Difficult job with low ceiling height. Delivered doors week early to allow me to paint the four panels before install. Much easier than after install. Very happy to have gotten rid of old single panel left up door.
