I saw great reviews on YELP for this company so I called to arrange for replacement of my garage door opener while I was out of State on vacation. I received a quote and authorized the payment before I left. Well, I got a call on Kauai, the day the work was to be done and was informed that they were able to get the old mechanism to work and that there was no need to replace it despite the fact that the system was more than 25 years old!

What an amazingly honest company! They just serviced the existing system and replaced the broken keypad for a song! I was so very pleased with their professionalism and the way they were looking out for my best interest. I will definitely use them for any future needs. Highly recommend!

We had broken garage door springs. We were serviced by Ryan A. and he was fantastic. I spent a career in guest service and Ryan was one of the best servicemen I have ever used for any service problem. 100% recommend Entry Systems and Ryan A.

Ryan and Jake were both great. Very professional and were able to troubleshoot the garage door (which has not been working properly for 4 months due to unbalanced springs and faulty motor. 5 other garage door techs (from other companies) have come and gone and none of them did much besides say we needed a new garage door unit. Amber was also great as she contacted lift master to follow up with all the previous service orders and coordinated to get everything needed for the job. I would highly recommend Entry Systems Garage Doors!

They did a great job! I love my new door and operator. It is quiet and has lots of bells and whistles that my old operator didnt. The door is beautiful and Tony installed it quickly and was masked the entire time - without my asking. Very respectful. Thank Entry Systems - I had a fabulous experience.

Found Entry Systems on Yelp with numerous 5 star ratings. They were responsive, efficient, helpful, fairly priced, and able to come to the house within a couple hours. They coordinated with our tenants on scheduling and with me on payment, providing an email invoice and receipt upon completion of the work. Very impressed and will use them again for any garage repairs!

I will start by saying that the people with whom I interacted at Entry Systems were beyond friendly. They were perfect "faces" for the company. I phoned in September to get a quote on a door replacement after mine broke. I received a quote for the door, along with a few optional upgrades. The price on the quote was in line with about what I expected it to be, based on conversations with friends and neighbors. However, the quote mentioned that the state of CA mandates replacing old door openers with a battery-back-up version.

The price of the door opener was nowhere to be found in the quote. We went back and forth a little bit via email (still extremely friendly), but I opted to go with a competitor (NOT Mesa). My new door had been installed for more than a week before I received a (very friendly) follow-up call from Entry Systems to see if I was still interested in a door.

I think that my deciding factor was "Here's your quote. (there will be substantial other fees involved)". Honestly, I would encourage anybody who is in the market for a door to go through Entry Systems. I'm confident that my 3-star experience is very unique, especially seeing so many great reviews. Fortunately, this will not put a dent in their 5-star average.

Entry Systems is a local business with very knowledgeable employees. Instead of replacing our garage door a few years ago, they provided a new opener and parts and the door operates better than ever. Something in the system went wrong and today Jacob came and quickly analyzed and solved the problem. What I appreciate most, is that he didn't just fix the problem, he went over the entire door and opener, pointed out a couple things I should watch, lubricated a few spots, cleaned a few spots, changed a connection, etc. Good old-fashioned service as if he was the owner of the company! It doesn't get any better. Thank you, Jacob, and Entry Systems.

We ordered new openers for three of our garage doors. They were efficiently installed, and were able to do so within a few days. They were very accommodating since one of our doors were stuck. The quality of work was also excellent. The installer paid close attention to details and programmed the new remotes. He also installed the new codes in each of our cars. Great Job, and I highly recommend them. They were reasonably priced, on-time, courteous, and they did an excellent job. We are very happy with our new openers :-

A very honest and hardworking company! Everything was explained to me beforehand with a best case, worse case scenario. The repairman was quick to fix the problem and he was patiently explaining everything he did to the person he was training. I appreciated being kept in the loop as to everything that was wrong with my garage door. Thank you again for the quick service and genuine kindness. Will recommend in the future.
