Berwick Glass & Mirror

Nice owner, bought a commercial door and having some glass replaced. Nothing but good things to say so far in my dealings with this business.

I'd I could give zero stars I would took 4 mirrors in that needed the mirror replaced three were quaterfoil the owner thought b to difficult thinking the mirror was shaped like the frame only the mirror was round under the frame he decided to throw my mirrors away this company has no experienced Glaziers if the owner don't know glass there's a problem

Helped us out immensely! Had a broken window that they cut glass for us to install! Very customer oriented- in person & on the phone!

The manager just wants your money and doesn't care about the service given. I bought very expensive mirrors and on the job they broke one. Lied and said they would replace it but instead they shorted the length and was very rude after.

Took a basement window frame to them that the glass had broken in, they gave me a quote on the spot and had a new piece of glass in the frame within a week. Good price, good service.

I have been using Berwick for many years. But my latest experience has made me look for a company that wants to service their customers. I waitwd over 5 weeka for a price for 4 pieces of frosted glass and whe I got the price it was just rediculous.

I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Berwick Glass! They communicated every step of the way. The whole process of replacing five windows in our house was professional, easy, and clean, from start to finish. Berwick's reasonable pricing pricing was a pleasant surprise. When there was a slight delay in them getting back with me they apologized for the delay and explained how getting back with had gotten overlooked.

As a business owner myself, I know that these things are not to be taken for granted. It takes deliberate work for these things to happen. You guys are really doing a great job! I called in about getting some custom cut glass for a fish aquarium top since no one made one in the size an thickness I needed. Despite some measuring issues on my part, they were always cheerful and took my order without any problem. I figured it would take a day or two, but to my surprise.it was done by the next morning and well within my price range! I will definitely use Berwick again for any glass fixes I need.

I have had so much done by them for me. They replaced a couple of windows for me and my mirror on my motorcycle. I really love that they are family owned, it really is important to me. Their price is very competitive as well, which is so great.
