Sergey does it all -- sales, design, and customer service. He's easy to work with, and all his recommendations for improvement on our '70s-era windows were right on point. Once we decided on the Anlin brand, he accommodated our travel schedule and was very communicative about when they would be delivered. They ended up installing them before we went out of town, but a major hiccup happened when Anlin provided the wrong size of the kitchen window. Sergey's crew had to board it up, and we waited around two weeks before the right size finally arrived. Sergey was apologetic and communicative through the process, these things happen.
On installation day, the Bestoff crew was extremely efficient and fast! They cleaned up everything and installed all windows, sliding doors and screens very nicely. We're so happy with the result and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bestoff Windows. Great quality and value.

We replaced 9 windows. His price was very reasonable and the crew was professional and detailed. I referred them to a family member who used them as well. I liked that the owner was local and had raised his family locally. Sergey was kind, not pushy when leaving the bid, which I really appreciated. The quality of the install was great. We chose the Anlin.

Sergey and his installation crew made our window replacement project totally painless! I spent hours researching window manufacturers and installation contractors and several evenings listening to sales pitches and decided on Anlin window from Bestoff. He offered a better product with a superior warranty that saved us thousands even over the big box stores.
His installation crew did such a great job that I didn't need to even touch up the paint, these guys are very professional and installed 9 windows and a patio door in less then 7 hours and were very conscious and respectful of our property. Sergey is proof the American dream is still alive! THANKS!

I just got all my siminton windows installed in my new home after just a week of getting my quote. Price was more than fair, but the service is phenomenal. Alex and Jose were amazing, they were very clean and considerate of my home. Im very OCD and when they left i went around wiping everything out of habit just to realize it seemed they havent been there at all.
They installed 15 windows, fixed my patio door, vacuumed my floors and wiped all windows in and out all on 1 day. The owner of this company is also a great humble man with honest intensions and unbeatable prices.
