We had an issue where our door wouldn't open and we were locked into our garage. I called Birmingham Door and they had one of their technicians call back the same day to set up a time to come look at the issue. They were at my house in 20 min and fixed my garage door springs that day. It's an old door, but they made it happen and I am very appreciative of their professionalism and quick service. Will definitely recommend them.

Agree with other person. I called this company because my garage door would not open on a Sunday. I am the care giver for both my 80 year old mother and brother going with cancer treatments. I asked if they could send someone out to fix door. I needed to get my car out of the garage. The woman was extremely rude and told me we all have problems. She didn't want to hear about our family medical issues. She also hung up on me. I am not sure how they stay in business?
