Bob & Bob Door

Bob & Bob must be in a hurry today to get to thier next job! Pulled out into the middle of traffic and on doing so; in front of our Semi, loaded with 80lbs of steel coils. Luckily for Bob & Bob we were already dropping speed anticipating a stop ahead. Perhaps Bob & Bob should work on time management, as the next time we all might not be so lucky!

Bobby went above and beyond! Can't say enough how reasonable and wonderful this company is. Don't hesitate to call them!

Garage spring broke showed up the next day quick great service and very affordable, would definitely call them again for any other issues.

Excellent work on our garage door! Quick appointment to assess the problem and then returned to fix. Bobby was terrific. He took time to explain how to work the new system and even assisted with programming my car to open. We will definitely use them in the future.

Our spring broke on our door which prevented our door to open. We needed it fixed quickly as we bring our wheelchair bound son in and out thru our garage, we called around to a few places and Bob and Bob was the only place that was reasonably priced and that could get to us quickly. Bobby the tech that came to do the repair was very friendly, thorough and quick. We will definitely be using their services for all future repairs!

Great experience all around! Called at 9:30 Monday morning, they got us an appointment that evening for 4 o'clock. David and Bobby were both very nice, explained to us what was wrong and what they fixed. Great prices!

Our first experience with Bob and Bob Door company was not a good one. After re-insulating our main entry door, a brad nail got off track when putting a trim piece back in place. It came out through the door jamb and into our Therma Tru door, taking out a chunk of the door. What I don't understand is how the installer could leave not see what had happened.

No attention to detail I guess. I called their office to have the installer return to fix the issue. The repair was rushed and does not look good at all. At least the new storm door that was installed appears to be OK.

I recommend highly. My garage door broke on a Thursday evening. I called Bob & Bob on Friday. They were able to work me in between appointments. Our vehicles were stuck in the garage. The came and fixed our door at an affordable price. Thank you Bob and Bob.

We have been doing business with Bob and Bob for almost 20 years. They do good work for reasonable price. The sliding door they installed for us in 2000 still works like the day it was installed. They have replaced the windows in it under warranty twice with no squabble. Like other reviewers have said, they lack in the cleanup department and always seem to be in a hurry but their prices are very fair.

Most recently they replaced our garage door springs and opener. I picked up a couple screws and a couple nails off my garage floor after they left but the door works great. I will do business with them again but would be a happier consumer if they would slow down and be a little more mindful of the presentation of their work.
