When you finally find the right supplier it's like the clouds roll back and the sun shines. What a great company. Tons of help and tons of inventory. Makes me want to buy doors!

Bill and Leonard at the front desk are very helpful and knowledgeable. If you have keying needs Jim is fantastic. I am there at least once a month and have always had the best service.

This company has terrible customer service. Nick Bredemus (owner) promised me twice he would do something for me and declined to do it. Worst part was when I managed to get him on the phone, he them berated his secretary for letting my call through. Clearly he just decided he would refuse all my calls rather than be open about that fact he was reneging on our deal.

Now I am left with an unsafe product, supplied by his company and I have to pay for its full replacement. Nicks Bredemus's solution - just don't take my calls. How is that for customer service?
