C & O Window & Door

I ordered trim for my anderson patio door several weeks ago and No one called me to say it was in I finally got through today and was told it was in. They have the worst voice mail ever invented and I got a human voice to tell me it was in. Their show room is not yet open Lord only knows why as I have had a retail store for 43 years and never miss a open when I say we are open.

I wonder why they have a nice building at a good location and a nice show room only to never be open. Good luck staying in open in Pueblo if you never open your doors. Gary Spinuzzi owner of Big Horn Stove and Spa

I stopped in Friday afternoon with questions relative to installing a double French patio door that started with a simple call to see if he had any seal pans in stock. He told me about Dupont's Tyvek Flexwrap on the phone and said I could buy some. I was in a bit of an emergency - at least by my installation situation and the fact that bad weather was coming, so I headed down to his shop.

I already bought the door (from a box store - my apologies to Nick, that won't happen again) and planned on installing it that weekend - important note, I am not a door expert. Nick took the time out of his busy day to walk me through the process, drew pictures on what to do and even sold me the necessary supplies out of his own stock (multiple items) - with no immediate benefit to his own business.

I felt like I was back in the good old days talking to the seasoned small neighborhood hardware store guy while sitting on a stool at the counter. Amazingly refreshing. Went home and successfully installed the door that weekend and I feel 100% good with what we did. I can't say thank you enough to Nick - 5 stars well-earned. Thank you. PS: That Flexwrap is pretty darn good too.

I currently work here as a lead installer, they offer a great benefit package along with competitive wages! They also give me the freedom to complete my jobs with little or no hassle, nor do I have to deal with any politics that you get with working for a bigger company. I plan on staying here for years to come! Thanks Nick for giving me a career that excites me, day in and day out!

I've lived in my home for 20 years and get work done as I can afford. There were four remaining windows to replace so I got a few bids and chose C&O. My home's prior owner had an unorthodox approach to construction and I warn every tradesperson about it. These windows were no exception. While there were glitches, the final result is exactly what I wanted.

If I had one criticism, I would recommend more communication with the homeowner. This would have prevented a misunderstanding. But at the end of the day, the workmanship is excellent and the windows look awesome. I would definitely recommend C&O.

I highly recommend that anyone looking for windows or doors call these guys. Just understand that they are going to be busy because they're awesome, reasonably priced, locally based, and they do whatever they have to to make things correct. I've personally seen there work many times and I highly recommended them.

C&O are fantastic. We have been using them for years. They have always been there from small fixes to large projects. Nick and Dennis are always right on time and everything is completed ahead of schedule. This is my go to place for commercial and residential windows and doors. You guys ROCK! Keep up the good work!

Ordered screens from this place it took a couple of months. Now either my knowledge of customer service satisfaction has changed, oh the bedroom screen I still have not received. January 24th. Improper measurements.

Had some issues with a customer door, brought it to their attention via Yelp and was immediately contacted to remedy the situation. The manager came out the very next day to fix the issue and make sure we were satisfied. Gave me some information on what to do if the issue arose again since it wasn't something that was a manufacturer default. Thanks for being prompt and fixing the door.

Nick at C&O Windows and Doors has provided exceptional service (and patience!), helping us decide on windows and doors for our new home. He thoroughly explained our choices to us, he is up-to-date on building codes as they apply to the window industry, and he has gone above and beyond to find "out of the ordinary" windows and doors for some of our special requirements.

I contacted business to have windows and doors replaced in our home. The measurements were taken and the types of windows and doors available were discussed. I was told a quote would be forthcoming on several occasions but never received one. This seems to be a rather odd way to conduct business.
