Our normal coverage area is central North Carolina but we also service other regions of western and eastern North Carolina as well as some areas of southern Virginia. Called to get an estimate on a commercial door because their website says they service the 252 spoke with lady who says send her the pics and measurements of the door being replaced because my location in the 252 was too far to drive just for an estimate so I sent her pics the following business day end of the day no response from them so I call and speak with her the next day she says she received the pics and that she'd send me a quote by end of business no quote I called the following day no answer and again today no answer seems like they'd just answer and refuse the job this is very very unprofessional wouldn't recommend
