The products are great. We got just what we ordered and what we were promised. The installers showed up on time on the date established and went straight to work. They were very professional, neatly dressed and super polite. It was obvious that they knew what they were doing. Their work was fast and meticulous, and their cleanup was complete. I would recommend Carolina Windows and Doors without question.

Customers BEWARE of this company! If you decide to do business with CW&D, Please Read & Double check ALL paperwork carefully-- Especially the FINE PRINT! As I learned the hard way, once you sign the agreement, IF after 3 business days you have to cancel for any reason, CW&D obligates you to pay an outrageous 25% Restocking Fee or they will SUE you & take you to court!

There's so much more I could say but I'm afraid CW&D will try to SUE ME Again. **CW&D's Response to my review is Full of BULL.Full of Deceit & 1/2 truths! They Never told me they were Ordering the Sunroof, rather I thought they'd be making it in house, thus just returning the material to inventory when I had to delay the project because I'd become the Caretaker for my 103 year old Dad, who needed all of my available money to take care of him before he died! As I said in my 1st review, BEWARE of this company! Be Very careful what you sign -- Especially Double check the FINE PRINT! Good Luck!

I recently did business for the 2nd time with Carolina Windows and Doors. I had 3 windows replaced that I didn't do when they replaced the rest of them a few years ago, and had the french doors in my dining room replaced. I had never really enjoyed my door before, as it opened in meaning it took up too much space when open. The other was a faux door that I never liked because it wouldn't open. The new doors are wonderful. They open out and are beautiful! I'm so glad I called Jeff to come back!

First time we had hard rain water came in under windows & we had water everywhere. Had to usse shop vac for over a hour. We called but no emergency Sat. number. We called Monday, spoke with receptionist, left message with sales man, Left another message on Tuesday, no return call for 48 hours now. Communication is HORRIBLE. Guess they don't stand behind their work. We also had our installation appointment changed 4 times at last minute. No consideration for home owner. Very unorganized.

We just signed contract with them for new windows. They have put up a sunroom and a metal roof. Very satisfied with their work. Being a customer for the third time I highly recommend them.

When looking to replace old rotted windows, there was only one place to look and that was Carolina Windows and Doors! Great customer service and excellent product. It took a while to get the windows constructed due to high customer demand, however, we were told this from the beginning. Once the windows arrived it was worth the wait! It took only 4 1/2 hours from start to finish to replace 5 windows in the sunroom.

Fine craftsmanship and the crew cleaned up everything after the job was completed. Since the installation we've been extremely pleased! Will be using Carolina Windows and Doors again in the very near fort!

My wife and I were impressed with the quality of the windows, as described by Jeff Bailey. He described the construction in detail and answered all our questions; he guaranteed his product and made us a deal on 27 windows and a front door. When the workers arrived, (Cisco and Hosea), we were impressed with their courtesy, friendliness and industriousness.

They went out of their way, on all three days of work, to provide a Class A job - and they cleaned up so well you couldn't tell they were even here! We could not be more pleased or convinced that we received the best value for our money. Why would anyone choose someone else? CWD Inc. is the best!

DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! We've been having a leak in our house in the ONLY room that Carolina windows and doors did! We have called them for 2 months about fixing it and finally someone came out yesterday. He resealed the whole roof. Now it's been raining for a day and the same leak is there. Some work that they do. The customer service that I've received and my mother has received has been down Right horrible. To spend that type of money on a sunroom and get this horrible service? I will never choose them again for anything and you shouldn't either!

The company's level of professionalism throughout the process, interest in customer needs, quality of windows and doors, and product delivery and installation were exceptional. I recommend CWD to anyone that needs replacement windows and storm doors. Great company to work with.

Highly recommended! The best replacement windows you can get! I have used this company in a few of my houses, starting 15 years ago. Now I am restoring an older house, just replaced over 30 windows and added a double french door - all aluminum, superior quality and great service. Most importantly, once they start installing they will finish the job and clean up nonstop, which is very rare in a construction world to have no interruptions. Will definitely use again.

My mother had the windows replaced in her house by Carolina Windows and Doors this week. We could not have been more pleased with the service and professionalism of the installers. They maintained a neat work environment and cleaned everything up on departure so there was nothing my mother or I had to do afterwards. The windows look like they were made for the house.

This is the absolute best company I have ever dealt with. My salesman Brad was attentive to my requests and made me feel as though I was his only customer. I am completely enthralled with my new sunroom. My room was installed well within the two day time frame I was given. The installers were extremely professional and I love the fact that they covered my new sod to protect it when they cut the vinyl and other materials. Please don't look any where else when looking for a sunroom or storm door. They are the best!

This was no easy job to say the least. The installers were completely professional, organized, and efficient from start to finish. You can definitely tell they know what they are doing.
