There's two good things about my Andersen Window installation. 1. The quality of the windows we are using. Noise reduction and climate control are great. 2. Carlos and Eddie, the installers. They were very professional. They answered my questions and assured me the installation would not disrupt my interior or exterior. They were right! A seamless and beautiful job.
They did it quick and good! Thanks guys. Now the part I didn't like 1. Andersen's Quality Control when it comes to my orders. It's been almost a year since ordering my window, mainly because the build was not what we ordered, thereby sending the product back then waiting months for the new ones. Even with this order, the screens were not to spec. I couldn't believe it. Even though the windows are installed, we still have to wait for the screen replacement.

Professional installation. Polite friendly installers. Arrived on time as promised. Cleaned up work area. Hauled away old parts and packaging. They get 5 star rating. We would recommend to others. Although the company was not the best with communication as respects to the product delays, the installers did a great job! Abel was proactive and super helpful in making sure to do a quality job. I would highly recommend Abel and David for installations. Their products are very high quality. We had 3 patio French doors replaced and they are beautiful.

Don't waste your money. For the price point of these windows everything should be flawless but it is not. Your money will likely go a lot farther with other window manufacturers and installers. Installers are nice guys but do a B- job. When you are not satisfied with the job, they leave and promise to have supervisor call/come back but then never do. And office even admits they won't. Wish we could do it over again and pick someone else but it's too late because the windows are in.

The window installation went smoothly. Everything was explained as the work was being performed. The work was completed when promised. The installers were great! Greg Valdez, Edgar Flores, Angelo, and Stephen worked very efficiently and professionally, and all were extremely nice and courteous. Service: Double pane window installation & replacement

We have used Andersen windows in the past and when it came time to upgrade, we used Andersen windows because of the quality of their product. We made it very clear while ordering that we were very concerned about leaking during storms in the sliding glass door location. The salesman said, "our windows do not leak." That may be true, but the installation was very poor.
A tech had to come back a few days after they finished because there was wind coming in through the side. See photo. of card going from inside to outside the house. After the December storm we discovered that there is 1/8 to 3/8 gap between the deck and the door and the water comes poring in. The tech came out on February 9th and said he would re-caulk the bottom.
We are very concerned about the water damage to floor upstairs where the sliding glass door is located and the damage to our ceiling on the first floor and the damage to the floor on the first floor. The tech said he would check with his supervisor and get back to us. He did not do any caulking during this visit. No one has contacted us since then.
My husband has called and our calls are not returned. When we call the call is not answered. I just saw a Renewal by Andersen ad on TV and it made me angry that they are touting that their installation is superior, and that they have a wonderful warranty. Beware! Shoddy workmanship and no response from the dealer.

The salesman was nice but did not know what certain terms meant, like wide opening hinge and the wrong items were ordered. Also 1 replacement window took away 57% of the previous window light, completely darkening the room. Unacceptable. We are suppose to get an awning window to replace it. That among other fixes and window replacements still have to be done. Update, more mistakes have been made.
Again the wrong sized window and incorrect hinges were delivered and crew wanted to install even though it would make the house windows unsymmetrical and look odd from the street. Again, order make again for 1 window. Original windows were ordered June 1, 2021. We are not expecting order to be completed until April 2022!

This is my second time using Renewal By Anderson. One window needs to have the glass changed as it came in scratched from the factory, but everything else looks great and works very well. Both times have been wonderful and I look forward to having them come out again to replace the next set of hideously made and installed existing windows. Sergio and Eric were great to work with and they were very accommodating and professional.

From the beginning Andersen Renewal was first class. And I mean all aspects - sales, production timeline / scheduling, installation and customer care. The financing option was exceptional and easy to apply for. The windows look great and really enhance the beauty of our home. The installation team arrived on time, were courteous and helpful. They cleaned the windows and the minimal dirt resulting from the installation. Overall, we are very happy and highly recommend this Andersen Renewal.

I love my windows! In 2019 I got new windows in my living room and this year I got new windows in my master bedroom and they are beautiful. I was so impressed with the lead installer, Pierce, that I made sure that he would be back to install the second set of windows. Pierce and his crew were professional, friendly and kept my home super clean. They were careful protecting the area surrounding the installation and cleaned up every day. Pierce made sure that everything was done exactly the way I wanted it and that I understood the best way to use the windows (yes, there is a best way!) I'm super happy with my windows.
