In 2003, a small group of entrepreneurs saw an opportunity to bring stylish yet affordable new window offerings to the specialty vehicle industry. With design and leadership influence, window manufacturing experience, and professional management expertise, CLEER VISION WINDOWS was born. In a very short period of time, we have become leaders in the RV, transit bus, and specialty vehicle industries.

The CT Series was designed with cross market functionality in mind. Suitable for many applications, this sleek and stylish series offers an integrated automotive window / body fit at an economical price point. This is our most popular option amongst RV and Transit Bus users. The ARC series, created as an alternative to the traditional jalousie window, has a smooth automotive exterior and features an easy operating vent that does not require the use of cumbersome and often hard to reach knobs located behind blinds or furniture inside the coach.
With our CNC cutting equipment, it is possible to cut and temper pieces as small as 7" X 7" and up to 70" X 70" large to accommodate your needs. We would be happy to make nearly any shape you require and also provide edge-work or hole drilling to customize your order. If you require shapes that are not square or rectangle we can produce a custom piece of glass.

Not real happy with this company they talk to u about a sign on bonus.and if u don't stay they take it out of your hourly pay.i never received the bonus and they paid me 4.25hr for 2 days of work.they have u sign paper work that u do not get a copy of to refer to any of the information they go over with u when hired.all in all they don't keep employees and they have a sign out on building to prove that saying hiring at all times.

I was excited when i got hired because the process was super easy and i started the day after my interview. they need to have more bilingual trainers, because you can't understand them sometimes. they expect you to know everything by your first day, and get mad when you ask questions. if your supervisor doesn't like you, good luck. lori (my supervisor) was super rude to me the whole time, and paul accused me of standing around & stretching. (while i was waiting for lori to give me my next task.because she didn't train me how to do it myself). they got rid of me within my first week, saying i wasn't fast enough. really? wasn't fast enough by my 3rd day huh? you get three breaks. two 10 minute, one 20 minute. but they want you out on the floor BEFORE the buzzer goes off, so it's actually more like 8 minutes and 18 minutes. they really don't care about their employees, paying them very low and making them work very hard. i can now see why they're hiring like crazy, they don't even give people a chance. don't waste your time.

Constantly short staffed poor morale overall. The supervisors are friendly, but do not effectively communicate. The overall management of the workflow is very poor and leads to extremely busy times. Weekly bonuses are nice, but due to the high turn over of employees it tends to not be high very often.

I usually don't leave reviews for anything but this place is a joke. Definitely not worth the pain it causes in your hands, wrists, and all the way up to your elbows to build the RV windows. God help you if you're new and you have a question. I advise to stay far away from this place, unless you like being overworked and underpaid.

Treat people like scum and you're very underpaid. They higher in new people, paying them more than the people that's been there for years with vastly more experience and extremely under paid. and they're very racist towards just about everyone. I would recommend someone working at McDonalds before I recommend working at clear vision windows. If I could give negative star I would
