After some initial phone tag, it was great working with the sales rep and the installers. We got a quote quickly and installation was scheduled shortly thereafter (in our preferred morning slot to avoid my son's nap time). The installers were prompt, efficient, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. The product itself (3M Prestige 70) really seems to work!

We put it on one window next to a sliding glass door that doesn't have it and you can barely tell the difference. And while this did not cure our "yikes our west-facing upstairs bedrooms are so hot in the summer" problem, I can tell it has helped keep them cooler. A month out and we are glad we made this investment and used ClimatePro.

Our house has floor to ceiling windows and doors which, while allowing us to enjoy our spectacular view, made the house very hot and faded the floors and furnishings. We're extremely pleased with the 3M film Climate Pro installed. The view is unchanged, but the house is so much cooler and the fading has been stopped in its tracks. We're so glad we invested in this and only wished we'd done it sooner. Climate Pro is an excellent company to do business with. I recommend them unequivocally.

We were looking for window film to protect our artificial turf from burning due to the reflection of the sun. We received good advice from the ClimatePro estimator (Dean). We have an end unit townhouse that gets a lot of southern and western sun. This results in a lot of sun-driven heat and air conditioning expense. We contacted ClimatePro for a window film estimate, thinking that it would be too expensive to have done professionally, but were pleasantly surprised. We did all of our windows (five sliders, three fixed windows) with Avery Dennison DR Grey 20X exterior window film for under $2500.

This stuff is amazing. Not only has it eliminated the solar heating problem, but also provides excellent privacy without over-darkening the interior of our home. The two installers -- Cody and Cody (no kidding) -- were very professional. They did all this work in about four hours, left no mess, and were polite and pleasant the entire time. We would use ClimatePro again in a heartbeat.

We had our windows tinted some 30 years ago and they were now pretty beat up. We called ClimatePro and they were fast to respond, came out reviewed what needed to be removed and replaced, chatted with us about the extra windows we wanted doing and gave suggestions for the film to use. Quote was prompt and once accepted their team arranged to come and do the work. Super efficient and very clean job was done. The heat difference now with the new film is incredible. I wanted a film put on south exposied windows to protect my furniture. Little did I know there were choices that included a film that reduces glare! They responded promptly to my inquiry, arrived as scheduled and were done in no time. Before leaving i was told how to maintain (or not damage) the film. You wouldn't know there was anything on my windows, except now there is no glare and I know my furniture is protected. And, in my opinion, reasonably priced, considering the whole back of my house is windows. Wonderful service and product!

Perfect is how I'd describe this company. The customer service is top-notch. From the original phone inquiry to the in-person estimate to the several day Installation. it all went seamlessly. I purchased 2 products: CrimSafe Security Screens and 3M Sun Control Window Film. Every employee went above and beyond. I worked with David Titterington. He took the measurements for the screens while I was in Escrow and he thought to include details I hadn't known existed or that I'd want and need. This call was a warranty service. From my first phone call to set up the appointment to the end of the installation, first class, professional, courteous and outstanding service. The skill of the installer was amazing to watch (from a distance for safety of all). He was polite, efficient and got the job done perfectly. He was neat and tidy, cleaned up all scraps of film, water, etc.

We had several large windows that were not tempered in a dangerous location. ClimatePro came out measured, took pictures and we waited a while to make a decision, but they still had all our info and did not have to come out again. Once we made the decision, they made everything very easy. They came on time, were fast and cleaned up everything. I would definitely recommend them.

This is going to sound like a fake review because I am so extremely happy with the product! Everyone I came in contact with was extremely professional friendly and knowledgeable. The installation is seamless and fast. We get direct sun all day, the floors were starting to fade and the air conditioner couldn't keep up. That has all been fixed and I don't have to install shades that would block you. Extremely happy with them I would definitely use them again if the need arises

Such a great smooth experience working with Climate Pro. Their products are a cut above the rest and they dont cut corners on quality. We had Zack and Joey complete our project and they were top notch! True professionals and very talented. They were like a pit crew and so calculated and kept us in the loop with each step. We used ClimatePro to replace our old raggedy blinds on our office entrance doors, as well as to add some privacy and sun dimming for our corner office which gets an insane amount of sun. Having the tint allows for the blinds to be open without being blinded by the light. The 2 gentlemen that came to perform the job were on time, professional, courteous (they had to work around us working), quick, and a real delight to work with.

The entire process took less than 2 hours. I would highly recommend using this company, and we will be using them in the future should we decide to tint all our windows. 5 stars, and a high 5 to the ClimatePros!

Just bought an Eichler house and was concerned about the large window panes that are not made from tempered glass, which if shattered pose a significant danger to all around, especially kids. ClimatePro was recommended to us by our friends, and they did a fantastic job! The team dropped by promptly to assess the job and answer all of our question, as well as give us a quote.

On the day of the job, it was discovered by the team that some of the panes actually already had film, and that the film was of high quality and did not need to be replaced. This saved us a bunch of money, and we were so impressed by their honesty. Some panes did indeed need replacing, and the outcome was fantastic. I was looking for a product to protect my new floors from sunlight and UV and Rex, the sales person recommended the right window film that was without tint and yet offered protection. I checked with different vendors and they did not have the right product which was 3M Prestige 70. The price point was competitive with 3M being a better quality. Hugo, the installer came within the 2 hour window period. He installed four windows which took an hour and a half. I recommend ClimatePro without hesitation.

We had ClimatePro out to put heat-reducing film on two large areas of window. The estimate process was straightforward. We were able to schedule the work for the following week after accepting the estimate. Our house is in an out-of-the-way place, but neither the office nor the technician were worried about that :. In the event, Jason the technician spent over three hours at our house. He was friendly and the work was carefully and cleanly done. Billing was transparent. I have been recommending them to friends already.

Very impressive. Not cheap but great product and epitome of professional service. I selected the 3M Prestige 70 and it feels like very subtle sunglasses over my windows. Glare is cut and contrast is sharper. You can see the tint when the window is open with the overlap but still subtle. Limited lifetime warranty, what more can I ask for?

ClimatePro installed 3M window film on south facing windows and skylights in several rooms of our house. We wanted to control heat build up and sun fading of our furnishings. Very pleased with every aspect of the project, including the estimate process, the installation and clean up, and the final result. A great experience from start to finish. Had ClimatePro install some security screens and window film. Everything came out great. The crew was right on time and did excellent work. Highly recommend ClimatePro if you are looking for either of these products installed.

I am very happy to recommend this company. They put film on one of my windows and installed "Riot Glass", essentially a plexiglass covering on my glass back doors to prevent break-ins. Dave Titterington was the salesperson who did an amazing job of following through on everything. Zack installed the plexiglass covering for my back door - he was extremely professional, detail-oriented, and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company.

Climate Pro was solid in terms of responding to our request for a quote and coming out to look at our project. Their customer service person was also lovely: she was was quick to respond and called to offer us an earlier date when someone cancelled. However, we're really quite disappointed with the professionalism of the person who installed our 3M film.

Not only did he "lose the check to the wind" (what the heck is that?) and need us to give him another one without ANY apparent effort to track down our original check, but there's dirty handprints ALL OVER our walls for every single window. Our windows are 14 ft off the ground in some cases, so we're in a rough position now. I'm annoyed because not only did I have to spend time and energy calling our bank to cancel the check, but now we have to figure out a way to get a hold of a 14" ladder and clean our walls. It's infuriating that these basic elements of the job were left undone. I guess I recommend ClimatePro well enough, but with the caveat that apparently you have to project manage.

ClimatePro installed a 21' x 9' graphic in our corporate space in San Mateo. They did a fantastic job throughout the entire project, from directing file handling to providing creative feedback, to educating about their process, and finally execution and installation of the process. They did it all with a sense of professionalism, and are overall very nice people. I will definitely come back to ClimatePro for my next project.

I used ClimatePro for a frosted film with our logo on a glass divider for our restaurant. It was a very east and fast process. I sent them pictures, measurements, and our logo. They sent back a reasonable quote. Once I approved the design, they contacted within a few weeks to schedule installation. Bryce and Spencer came as scheduled for installation. They went over maintenance and care of the window film. Great service and great product. I would highly recommend ClimatePro for large or small projects!

We have a rental home on the river here in Napa. We purchased it some time ago and there was window film on some of the windows. The film was at least 16 years old. And the house has lots of sun exposure both from the East and the West. The old film was somewhat opaque. And the newest tenants were anxious to replace it. I researched films and found Climate Pro.

I found dealing with Dean, the salesperson and Susan, in the office, easy and straightforward. It was installed last week by Jason. I found Jason to be efficient, pleasant, clear and professional. The removal of the old film and the installation of the new took less time than I imagined it would. Since I do not live in this house, I will have to wait for some time to evaluate how the film performs but I expect I will really like it. And the windows looked fabulous after Jason was finished. I just might have to do something to the windows in my own home!

Originally, I wasn't happy with ClimatePro but they redeemed themselves. I had an appointment for an in-house consult which they flaked on last minute, but because of the lack of options in the SF area for window frosting vendors, I went ahead and accepted their option to have samples mailed to me. They were also reasonably priced. They were booked out weeks in advance but I somehow got my install date pushed up by a week which was great.

The guys that came were super friendly and best of all, quick and did a great job. Not to the fault of the guys who did the frosting, I got a complaint from the owner that the frosting covering the whole window was a bit suffocating, and it was after the guys already left. I sent an email to Dan, the original person who took the order - he made a few calls and though they were extremely booked up, had 2 guys come the next morning to fix it to our liking. This completely redeemed the flakiness factor and i am truly happy with the service.
