One of the best contractors I have done business with. I had all the windows replaced in my house along with the exterior/interior window trim, as well as a bay window installed. All of my questions were answered promptly and the crew that performed the installation was friendly and professional. The windows look great and I am extremely satisfied with how the project turned out!

Its been more than a month and still have no heard back from them. The owner came by the first couple days to measure and he's been Unreachable apparently, according to the girls at the office. I had to call back multiple times and was told same thing repeatedly. That he would get back to me when he can but they are very busy & basically told me my job was "small" so he had to do it when he has time.
To me that is not okay. I understand it may be a busy time. All I wanted was a call with updates and/or dates for possible work to be done but seems nobody knows whats going on there. Cant say much about their work but customer service is definitely lacking.
