Colorado Window Coverings

Once I had an appointment, the service I received from Peter (designer) was great. He is very knowledgeable, has a great sense of humor, and patience (my decision-making can be slow). His window measuring produced perfectly sized window treatments. The horizontal blinds were easy to order, and I appreciated the many fabric options for the drapes we wanted. During installation, the crew was professional, courteous, and did a great job hanging the blinds and curtains. Love how it all looks and functions. Thanks guys!

Review is primarily for the sales and design team-Super patient and knowledgeable team. They took time to explain things in detail. Every detail in the sale process validates their experience in this area. I will update on quality of work once windows are installed.

Very impressed with Window-ology. A pricy 12 yerr old Duette blind started to delaminate. It is warranted for life, but we bought them from Costco who is no longer a Hunter-Douglas dealer. They sent us to Window-ology. Michelle informed us that our color was no longer available and that the blinds would have to be re-manufactured in a different color.

This blind was part of a set of 4 that were all within 6 inches of one another. Michelle worked hard to convince Hunter-Douglas to agree to replace all 4 set of blinds! I highly recommend both Hunter-Douglas and Window-ology!

Window-ology came out to my Grandma's house yesterday afternoon and were so polite and quick! Timelines between ordering the materials and install were dead on. My Grandma loves her new automated patio door shade and it's keeping the livingroom much cooler. They even took down her old torn up awning! Very professional! Thank you so much!

We worked with Peter C. to install shades for our large window, and a new rod for our bedroom curtain. Peter was amazing to work with; he gave us a few good options and we were happy with how everything came out. Very disappointed in what I got to cover my sliding glass door. I chose from from samples shown to me. However, when hung it looked cheap, flimsy, and warped. A head-rail was not ordered on my original order, so I had to order that after the installation. One would have thought the "designer" who came out to my house to help me would have thought of that. The window treatment on the kitchen window turned out fine, but I have always regretted the family room sliding glass door treatment, and that I just put up with it.

I usually have some ideas in mind when making home purchases. This time I did something different. I let the folks at Window-ology come up with the ideas for my new "Zen Den." In reality, it was a downstairs bedroom, small at that. I wanted to transform it into a relaxing room for reading and movie watching. I had an existing piece of furniture, so I went with the Asian theme.

I wanted it painted blue. I gave Window-ology my colors and photos and wow, did they deliver! I want to post a photo, but it won't do it justice. The light filtering shades are beautiful. I think they are called City Lights, but to me it looks like rain. And behind that, a motorized room darkening shade for when I watch movies! It's as good as it gets! THANKS! Again, sorry about the photos, I just can't get it to show up in a photo like it does in person.

Window-ology is wonderful! I'm was so impressed with their service. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. When I bought my first home I wanted to get rid of the verticals right away, however I wasn't sure what I wanted to replace them with. I went to their downtown Pleasanton showroom and looked at lots of different products. Their sales team was very patient with walking me through different products so I could find the best fit for my house and my needs.

Once I picked out some shades, I ordered some semi-transparent roller shades for downstairs and black out roller shades with a design for the upstairs bedroom. I thought I would have to struggle with verticals for awhile but everything came so fast! As soon as they order was in, they came right away to remove the old shades and install my wonderful new ones!

The quality of the product is top notch and so was the service! I didn't realize picking window coverings could be such a fun experience. I love my new roller shades, it makes my house look exactly as I wanted it. Bonus! Their pricing is competitive and they can repair blinds at a reasonable price as well. I highly recommend Window-ology for any of your window covering needs. They know their products and want you to feel good about what you purchase. They are an incredibly friendly and respectful crew who seem to just love what they do!
