It is rare that you find a business that truly understands customer service. While one of the reasons I chose to work with Community Glass was the overwhelmingly positive feedback here. Yet somehow the team at Community Glass far exceeded my expectations. There were a few challenges with our project and Lisa (the owner) and her team stepped up and took ownership where appropriate and went above and beyond in advocating on our behalf to the window manufacturer to make sure that all of our concerns were addressed.

The commitment to customer service as well as the grace and thoughtfulness of the staff at Community Glass is unparalleled. They took what could have been unpleasant and contentious and provided the exact opposite experience. If you are looking for windows call Community Glass. You will not be disappointed.

Skylight broke due to weight of ice and snow. I called and someone came and measured. Received estimate right away I was unable to sign consent due to broken hip. They were here Friday and it's light in family room again!

It's been five plus since our shower doors were installed. Every time I look at them I get upset and decided I should write a review. Mind you we have had glass shower doors for years. We use a squeegee every time and our doors were always spotless and totally clear-no fogginess. After installation I called twice to have the fogging at the bottom checked & to make sure I was there when they came and to bring their cleaner.

They didn't call-and just stopped in and never used their cleaner to clean the glass. I next asked that the representative for the company call me to set up appt. to look at the glass. He never called! I called again and stated that he had never called.again never heard back. Just super frustrated and I let it go.sick and tired of the run around. I will never use them or recommend them.

My windshield cracked in the heat 2 weeks before a big trip. Community Glass fit me in and got the wind shield installed. Great service and a quality install.

We are so fortunate to have such a high quality business in our town. Awesome place to do business. Professional. Timely. Just last weekend we had vandals kick in two glass doors and by Monday morning, they had come to look it over and had them replaced before noon. Well done and Thank You!

Community Glass replaced a window in my sliding glass door, as requested. They then repaired the window to slide properly without charge. Great job!

Service started out great. We ran into a problem with the manufacturer not delivering windows on time. Our windows were delayed almost 2 month. Then windows did not show up when we had been told they would arrive my husband drove to Wenatchee to pick them up and for the second time they did not arrive. The owner said we would get a discount for the inconvenience.

Community glass ended up giving me the phone number of the manufacturer and made me deal with them myself. It took another 2 weeks and 6 more delivery set up times before my windows showed up due to my windows not being painted, delivery man getting injured, windows breaking, truck driver not having enough hours left to drive. I spent almost $4000 on windows and after all of the delays and trouble I was only given $100's off. I am beyond disappointed with how community glass handled this problem.

These guys are very professional. We had a broken window on the front door during this whole Corona scare. These guys came right out, kept distance, and fixed the window in a proficient and timely manner. Moreover, everyone I communicated with was very helpful and nice. Highly recommended! 5 stars!

Our 8 year old recently had a mishap with her window, one call to these guys got the repair in motion. We received a phone call within an hour to schedule the quote, and two weeks later (would have been sooner, but I dropped the ball on scheduling) we have a new window! Aldo and Irwin (I think that was his name) we're friendly and professional and had the new window installed in less than 30 minutes. I hope we never have to use them again, but if we do I will definitely be going back.

These guys added storm windows to our existing single pane sunroom windows and they did a fantastic job. The windows look great and definitely keep the room warmer. I expect they'll help with the summertime heat also. Great communication for both getting an estimate and during the ordering process. I'd definitely use again if I ever need more windows.

We've had the installation team out several times to do glass replacement and they were always polite, courteous, and hard working. They even came out this last time and navigated the 1 mile, steep, snow covered road to our cabin and got up on ladders and scaffolding in the middle of a snowstorm 3 days before Christmas. Now that's a dedicated team! As other reviews have indicated, the office personnel can be hit or miss but the install team is great!

We couldn't be more pleased with the service and product that Community Glass gave us! This late August we updated our parents' home in Dryden, WA with new windows and slider doors. When we were in the estimate process, we contacted Community Glass and they scheduled us for a bid. They came right out, gave us a very competitive bid, and a time estimate of when the project would be completed.

We had heard from others that Community Glass did an outstanding job and last week we saw the end result! Our parents' home looks amazing with all new double paned windows and slider doors ~ the detail and installation is outstanding and the crew was in and out in one day! THANK YOU Community Glass for giving us the piece of mind with cold weather coming that our parents' home is set! We will us you folks for any of our other projects in the future.

I called to get an estimate on replacing windows for my home. I live out a ways, and they sent a team out within a couple days to measure everything up for me and get me a quote. They then mentioned how much I could save with the Chelan CO PUD rebate, which they didn't need to do. I have not had the windows installed yet, only because I haven't said yes yet.

Auto Glass. I purchased a new SUV and on my way home from Seattle of course got a gnarly rock chip. I called Community Glass and they got me in the next day and sealed it up. The service was great and quick.

We had Community Glass install a glass window which they did quickly and professionally. We also had them replace a piece of glass on my 100+ year old china hutch. It belonged to my Grandmother and it very important to me, Ian was so careful and diligent. I am so happy with the care he took with my china hutch. I would highly recommend Community Glass to anyone expecting a company that hires professional employees. Thanks

I've been dealing with Community Glass in one way or another for years - decided it was time to write a review. I just had the windshield done in my Corvette, they had a problem with the weatherstripping part that had been shipped to them. It didn't seal properly. When I pointed it out, they bent over backwards fixing the issue - ordered another set of weatherstripping and made sure it was to my standards when they were done.

I was very pleased with the final look and fit of the windshield and weatherstripping. I'm going to have them repair some of my leaking double pane windows at my house, next. Thanks, Kim and all!

Several years ago, we built our home and had Community Glass bid the job for our windows. Not only were they the best at responding, their prices were competitive. We have 46 windows in our home and they were all installed with no errors or problems. We also had a custom shower door (one panel of stationary glass with oversized door to fill nonstandard space). Perfect.

We also ordered our custom front door through Community Glass. I had a vision of what I wanted and searched high and low. The guys at Community Glass wouldn't stop searching until I found the perfect door. I didn't want steel, I wanted a wood French door that I could stain on the outside, but leave the wood color inside, with the top 3/4 window pane glass. They found it for me and it is probably one of the favorite parts of my home. Highly recommend.

Community Glass came out when they said and measured our windows that needed to be replaced. The windows came in correct and on time the installers came out and completed the job perfectly. This was not an easy job as one window was 5'wide and 8'tall! Good work guys and thank you!
