I called about getting my garage door fixed yesterday and they had an appointment available this morning. The technician called ahead of time and was actually early. He had it fixed in about half an hour! Great service, I definitely reccomend Crawford & Brinkman.

Jason was efficient and polite, did a good job. My issue is that I found there was a fuel surcharge when I was going over my invoice. I believe it's good business practice to be upfront regarding charges, it was never brought up when I called twice to schedule the appointment.

Great experience. Our technician Rob was extremely helpful and friendly. We thought we had to replace our entire garage door opener. Rob found our problem and had it fixed in an hour. Saved us over $300. Would highly recommend and will use for all future garage needs

The technician, was helpful, and thorough with his assessment of our garage door problem. He fixed the springs and noticed the cables were rusty, so we replaced those as well. Then he programed our garage door clickers, that we could not get to open just 1 door at a time. Did I mention C&B was there the same day we called, 2 days before Christmas. AND the price was reasonable for parts and service. Thank you Crawford & Brinkman!
