Service tech arrived promptly for my scheduled appointment. He was very nice and polite, and fixed my door problems. Will definitely use them again.

We were in a tough spot and Ken was so kind and compassionate towards us. They were out, and our new garage door opener installed right away. They were quick, efficient, and when he left he cleaned up and was gone. The opener works perfectly as does the key pad, button, and our remotes. Couldn't be happier.

We had a bent track on our garage door and I called first thing in the morning and the receptionist was super kind and was happy to help me. Ken was fantastic! Installed a new door motor, synched with the new remote and car, plus assisted me with downloading the app on my phone. Now if I'm questioning if I closed the door when I left the house, voila! Excellent service!

My garage door is quite unique (and super heavy). One of the springs "popped" and the door would not budge so our truck was stuck in the garage. We had Crawford and another company come out. Both confirmed that the springs are not standard and needed to be ordered and could take as long as 3 weeks (yikes!). Fortunately Crawford got them for us in about a 1 1/2 weeks and came out immediately to fix the door when the springs came in. Super service.

My mom has called twice just to get a quote. The first time was blown off and the second time the girl that answered the phone was very rude. She asked my mom for the measurements and when my mom said she didnt know the girl said whatever and blew her off again. We will definitely be going with a different company.

Quick service and super personable. I called the day before Christmas Eve and they had someone at my house the day after Christmas. He was like a door ninja- went straight to work, replaced the broken springs- AND took time to lube everything and even tighten the belt. They just didn't fix the problem, they made it quieter and more level. Crawford goes beyond the call of duty. Don't hesitate, call them. Seriously.

After arriving home on day I found that I was not able to open my garage door... After a month of letting my fingers walk through the yellow pages, hours of surfing the net, and calling around talking with more people than I can count, I overheard a conversation between two ladies at Lowes about the same problem I was having. I politely waited then told her that I was having the same problem.

She told me that she thought she was going to have to replace an almost new garage door unit, but a friend suggested that before she went to that expense to contact the "Crawford Door Systems" to get an estimate for repair or replacement. She was very pleased with the outcome...To make a long story short...Ben from "Crawford" came out. He walked through the problem step by step and made the repairs in a very timely manner and made some suggestions of things I could do to prevent any major problems.
