When the spring on my garage door broke, they were able to respond and replace the faulty item quickly and at a fair price. I appreciated the professional service.

Needed a new opener due to the old one breaking. The scheduler was incredibly kind and understanding, easy to talk to, and worked to get me on the schedule. Two techs arrived and noticed one spring was broken, let me know the additional cost, and proceeded with the work. The techs were incredibly professional, helpful, and kind. The work was completed quickly, they cleaned up after themselves, and they respected their surroundings. Highly recommend Cropp's!

Cropp's was the second place I called. The first place I called told me that their stock was 6-8 weeks out. I did not want to wait because our door was in rough shape. So I called Cropp's and within a day or two Jeff met me at my house, and went over the options with us. He left me with a couple quotes and they were within $150 of the place that was 6-8 weeks out.

It was an easy decision. The Cropp's team showed up, tore off the old door, and within a few hours we had a brand new, insulated garage door with new tracks, new trim, an exterior access key pad, quiet opening motor with bright LED garage lights, and wifi phone app control! Got new garage doors and they look amazing. I shopped around and talked to Cropps and they had the best price. They also seemed to be the most professional. Old doors were taken out and hauled away new doors installed and door openers hooked up no problems at all. Best experience with a contractor I have had in a long time.

There are a lot of things to worry nowadays but getting good and fast garage door service is not one of them as long as Cropp Door Service is around. Always fast and fair charges. Good work folks Monty Johnson

Cropp's is awesome to work with! Jeff gave us all options available for the project we were working on (new door panels and all seals). He was very courteous in all interactions. All of the people that completed the install were awesome as well. Highly recommended for any garage door needs!

Needed to have a family member's garage door in working order and was on a tight time frame. Anna helped me out and sent a technician right away who got the ancient door working.and, because I was doing all this via long distance, sent me photos to help me see what had been done and what was still in the garage. Then, when I came to Rockford this past week and the door stuck again, they sent another tech who showed me the motor was burning out, unhooked it from the motor and made the doors manual, which was perfect for our needs. Didn't charge for the second visit. Lovely people and very helpful and kind.

Not happy scheduled an appointment and said I would be first appointment on Thursday, nobody showed and no phone call. Next day around 12:30 I get a call telling me he's in the neighborhood and he can adjust my doors now. I asked him about Thursdays appointment and all I get is I'm busy. Well so is everyone else. Your in business, act like you are in business a phone call would of solved my problem with you. I guess service work isn't important, I'll call someone else next time.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. We were hit by a hail storm and our contractor worked with Cropp's. They came out and provided us with options. We are very happy with our new doors!

Received a bill for "securing garage door" after hit by snowplow. The technician did nothing. He got out of his vehicle, looked at the door and said he could not do anything and got back in his vehicle and left. He DID NOT secure the garage door-whatever that means. We then get a bill for $155.00 and paid it. We however keep getting the same bill for the last several months indicating the bill was not paid. Not only do they not do the work they claim but also have an accounting department that can not credit accounts properly.

I had a broken spring above my garage door. They gave me a quote right away within the Yelp app, sight unseen. (Another company wouldn't give me a quote without coming out to see what my house looked like, ahem, I mean, without seeing the problem first.) They came out on the scheduled day and had it repaired within 30 minutes. They also adjusted the chain tension and door travel since it was a new opener that I installed.for free! Awesome! Highly recommend them!

Cropp's installed my garage doors yesterday, they are beautiful! Their fast, friendly, courteous service is above & beyond! We have used their service for years and they are very accommodating.
