We attempted to do business with a closer company here in Dartmouth and it ended in poor communication and pandemic wasn't a valid reason. Then we called Custom Window Products and owner came, discussed our options and kept us informed. Before ordering our custom door and window treatments the owner measured once again; measure twice and cut once gave us an added sense of security that our treatments would be perfect. Treatments were installed today and it went without a problem and we couldn't be happier. We highly recommend Custom Window Products; the owner is an expert in products offered and is a joy to do business with.
