As a licensed general contractor who specializes in deck (Deckmaster Fine Decks, Inc.), I frequently have customers who need windows, sliding and French doors, and glass windscreens for decks. For the past 5 years or so, I have referred D&D Glassworks exclusively to my customers. Every single customer has been effusive in their praise of the products and service they received.

Wasted a month waiting on these people. Called on 8/6 and got an appointment to measure for 8/30 They came out and measured my windows. Never asked to measure the inside. I asked them to measure for a replacement skylight. Dave shows up next weekend without a ladder and says they only measure those during the week. Then they had to come back out and measure them again.

Then I heard nothing. I call them a week later, and they haven't ordered anything. When I complained about getting jerked around they decided that they won't work on my job. A complete waste of time. All I wanted was to order some windows and all I get is excuses as to why they cannot. Completely failed as far I am concerned.

I cannot say enough about D & D Glass Works and more so Dave and Denise. We remodeled our guest bathroom from a standard sort of "track home guest bathroom" into a luxurious guest bathroom.with the vanity and tile done and the real icing on the cake was the GLASS SHOWER WALL AND DOOR D & D put in to seal the deal.it is now really a guest "spa". Ironically, I found D&D Glassworks on Yelp & decided check them out due to the raving reviews on Yelp and am so glad I did. I was so taken with their excellent customer service, their knowledge, professionalism, integrity and genuine desire to please their customers. This is a family owned business and the care you receive from the owners to the staff is superb.

My experience with this company started out great. The office staff answered my call quickly and was able to give me a quote over the phone. I supplied the company with the exact measurements of the cut out in my cabinet for which I needed a piece of glass and I was informed by the office staff that the company would know exactly how to cut the glass given the measurements I gave them. Unfortunately, The piece of glass was 1/4 of an inch too wide and long thus it did not fit the cabinet.

Upon contacting the company to see if there was a resolution I was informed that unfortunately they would not be able to cut the glass to the correct size. I was told I would have to pay for an entire new sheet of glass and was not offered any other solutions. I will now be calling around to find a different company to take care of my need.

Denise and Dave are great! I loved every part of this transaction. Dave came exactly on time for the estimate, and also the install. It went quickly and perfectly. Highly recommended!

My son was working on building a home for his pig. We stopped by and asked Denise if they had any windows they could sell cheap. My son came out with two beautiful windows for his pigs home. They had given him windows that they couldn't use. It was so amazing and they were just happy to be helping out our youth. When I have window needs for our home they will be our only choice. These folks are awesome! Dave and Denise were super helpful, as were Lexi and Jason. They recently retrofitted new double pane windows and screens on my old river house, amazing how much warmer and quieter it is. It was such a good home and comfort investment, and they did a great job. Excellent professional team, and gave good recommendations for people to work with on the next projects.
