Dawson's Supply, Inc. has been helping customers find the parts they need to fix their windows and doors in Greater Houston since 1983. Located off of US 59 and Chimney Rock, we are proud to serve our local Uptown community as well as the surrounding areas. Often our customers need parts and installation. We have repaired many windows and doors over the years, and we pride ourselves in the quality of our work. If you come to our store, call on the phone, or send something by email, we will help you figure out what your needs are. We can provide an estimate, or a best guess, to give you an idea of what it would cost.

Friendly folks, but misleading/deceptive. It took them 3 days of back and forth calls/texts to give me a price on a window part (balance). When they text back saying they had the price they asked if I needed one or two balances. I said one. They replied, "the factory minimum is 2 per window and that's what we recommend, your total with s&h and tax is 87.44 for 2 each, let me know, THANKS Galen, Dawson's Supply." So what was the point in asking me how many I needed Galen if you were going to FORCE your "recommendation" on me? Very unprofessional way to do business and absolutely unacceptable.

Nice staff, very friendly and helped us res teen 2 window blinds. Had to return a few days later to pick up. Only thing we didn't like is that the office really smells of heavy smoking.

These guys are knowledgeable and helpful! They know details about little parts you might not even know you need (like pressure clips to hold a glass pane in a window frame before caulking). Their inventory is extensive and goes back decades so it makes restoration, renovation or just a repair in an older home a breeze. Love these guys!
